How to register and login
First time providers must register on the MMIS Provider Portal before they can sign in. Go to portal.mmis.arkansas.gov, choose the Provider area, and complete registration including your personalized site key token.
On later visits you log in with your credentials and confirm the site key token, which protects your account. The portal replaced the older medicaid.mmis.arkansas.gov bookmarks, so update any saved links.
