How to register and login
Florida splits Medicaid across two agencies. The Department of Children and Families handles applications and eligibility through the MyACCESS portal, while the Agency for Health Care Administration runs the program itself.
Create a MyACCESS account at myflorida.com/accessflorida to apply, check status, renew and report changes. Use your DCF case number, which appears on approval and renewal letters.
Plan
Most members receive care through the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program, choosing a health or dental plan. Recipients who are not required to join managed care use enrolled providers on a fee for service basis.
