How to register and login
To use Alabama Medicaid online you first create a My Medicaid recipient account. Go to medicaid.alabama.gov, open the My Medicaid link at the bottom of the home page, and choose to register. You will need an email address plus your recipient ID or Social Security number and date of birth.
If you already have an account but cannot sign in, use the Forgot User ID link. You will be asked for your date of birth and recipient ID or SSN, and your user ID is emailed to the address on file.
