പെൻഷൻ റിവിഷൻ സംബന്ധിച്ച സത്യവാങ്മൂലം ഇപ്പോൾ ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ചെയ്യാം . നിങ്ങളുടെ ഫോൺ നമ്പർ ട്രഷറി അക്കൗണ്ടുമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം .

പ്ലസ് എന്ന സൈറ്റിൽ (http://www.prismplus.kerala.gov.in/) കയറി നിങ്ങളുടെ മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറും സൈറ്റിൽ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കോടും അടിച്ചുകഴിയുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഫോണിലേക്ക് ഒരു OTP വരും അത് എന്റർ ചെയ്തു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ പ്രിസം പ്ലസ് ഹോം പേജിലേക്ക് കടക്കും . അതിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ പേരും മറ്റും ഉണ്ടാകും . ആ പേജിന്റെ മുകളിൽ ഉള്ള " വ്യൂ " പ്രസ് ചെയ്തു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലും അതിന് താഴെ മലയാളത്തിലും കാണാം .
സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തില് താഴെ I Agree എന്ന ബോക്സ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക . വീണ്ടും ഒരു OTP നിങ്ങളുടെ ഫോണിൽ വരും . അത് എന്റർ ചെയ്തുകഴിയുമ്പോൾ വിജയകരമായി സത്യവാങ്മൂലം സമർപ്പിച്ചു എന്ന സന്ദേശം ലഭിക്കും
• Go to the website http://www.prismplus.kerala.gov.in/
• Click on the Mobile Registration in the login box on the right-hand side.
• Select your treasury branch from the next page that will open
• Below that enter the first 3-4 letters of your name or your full name and then click on Search
• The list of all those with the same name and who have accounts in that treasury will appear
• On this find your name and click on the View Details on the right-hand side
• Details such as PPO number, name, the department where you worked and the date of retirement will appear.
• After confirming that these are your details, click on Proceed.
• A message will appear - Proceed only if the details are correct. Click on OK.
• Next enter the mobile number and click on Generate OTP.
• The OTP will be sent to the mobile phone via an SMS. Enter the OTP and click on Proceed.
• You will get a message that the mobile number has been updated. With this, the registration has been completed.
• Go to the website http://www.prismplus.kerala.gov.in/
• Generate the OW by entering the registered mobile number and the code shown next to it.
• After entering the OTP, click on Submit
• You can view the details of the pensioner linked to the mobile number
• Click on View to see the pensioner’s affidavit
• Tick the ‘I Agree’ column below
• Enter the OTP received and click Submit
• Once submitted, the affidavit can be viewed by clicking on the ESigned link on the home page
• Click on the Edit button to view more details about the pensioner. If required, additional information can be entered and hit save.
• After the treasury checks the information submitted, the details of the pension revision will be available in PDF format in place of the Edit button.
1. മൊബൈല് നമ്പർ ട്രഷറിയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള പെൻഷൻകാർ, മൊബൈല് നമ്പറും Captcha (Code) യും നല്കി OTP ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക
2. രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് മൊബൈല് നമ്പറിൽ ലഭിച്ച OTP നല്കി Submit ചെയ്ത് Login ചെയ്യുക
3. ഹോം പേജില് രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള പെൻഷണറുടെ വിവരങ്ങള് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്
4. View ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്താന് സത്യവാങ്മൂലം കാണാവുന്നതാണ്
5. സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തിനു താഴെ <b style="color:#67f8ff;">I Agree</b> മാര്ക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുക
6. തുടര്ന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന OTP നല്കി Submit ബട്ടണ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്
7. Submit ചെയ്ത സത്യവാങ്മൂലം കാണുവാനായി ഹോം പേജില് e-signed ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക
8. തുടര്ന്ന് Edit ബട്ടണ് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്താൽ പെൻഷണറെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങള് ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്. പെൻഷണർക്ക് അറിയാവുന്ന/ലഭ്യമായ വിവരങ്ങള് കൂടി ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി Save ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്
9. ഈ വിവരങ്ങള് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ട്രഷറി പരിശോധിച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ പെൻഷൻ പരിഷ്കരണം സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ (Appendix II) PDF രൂപത്തില് ഹോം പേജില് Edit ബട്ടന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്
1. മൊബൈല് നമ്പർ ട്രഷറിയില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യാത്ത പെൻഷനർ Login പേജില് കാണുന്ന Mobile Updation എന്ന ലിങ്കില് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.
2. തുടര്ന്ന് പെൻഷണറുടെ ട്രഷറി സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക. പെൻഷണറുടെ പേരിൽ ഉള്ള ആദ്യ രണ്ട് അക്ഷരമോ പൂർണ്ണമായ പേരോ നൽകി സെർച്ച് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
3. സെർച്ച് ചെയ്യാൻ നൽകിയ അക്ഷരങ്ങള്/പേരിനോട് സാദൃശ്യമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള് കാണാന് കഴിയുന്നതാണ്. ഇതില് നിന്നും PPO No. പരിശോധിച്ച് കൃത്യമായത് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക
4. പെൻഷണറുടെ വിവരങ്ങള് കാണുവാനായി View Details ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. തുടര്ന്ന് Proceed ചെയ്യുക
5. പെൻഷണറുടെ മൊബൈല് നമ്പർ നൽകി Generate OTP ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക, ലഭിക്കുന്ന OTP നല്കി Proceed ചെയ്യുക
6. ഒരു പെൻഷൻ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ഒരു പെൻഷണർക്ക് ഒരു മൊബൈല് നമ്പര് മാത്രമേ രജിസ്റ്റര്ചെയ്യാന് സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളു
7. തുടര്ന്ന് മൊബൈല് നമ്പർ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ആയ Confirmation Message ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്
8. തുടർന്ന് മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറും Captcha(Code)യും നൽകി OTP ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്തു Login ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
