First, double check the Vudu promo code to make sure it is being entered properly. Also, please note that you are limited to five (5) promotions on your account. If you are trying to redeem more than 5 promos, the code will fail the redemption process. (This limit applies to promotions for movie credits only. Promotion codes for digital copies do not have this limit.

If the promo code is for an e-copy of a movie, please double check the details on your promo code as these can be offered by the movie studio and may require additional steps to redeem the movie on your Vudu account. An e-copy promotion is only valid for one Vudu account

If you are still having issues redeeming your code, please contact Vudu Customer Care by clicking “Email Support” to the right.

Click on the Redeem tab at the top or bottom of the page to redeem your Vudu code. Copy and paste the Vudu Code into the box. Choose DVD and enter the code from the sticker or insert if you’re making a physical copy. These promotional codes are only valid in the United States, and they are limited to five uses.
