Sling Error 10-3, 10-100 Issues : Sling Not Working On Roku

When you try to sign in to the Sling TV app and run into problems, you’ll see Error 10-100. This error normally occurs because of a problem with your login information.

If you see aย 5-103 or 10-103 error, it means there is a system error which is causing content to not load correctly for you.

  1. Tryย relaunchingย the channel by re-selecting it from the guide menu
  2. Changeย to a different channel and then change back to your original selection
  3. If the issue is experienced onย all channels,ย try watching a TV show or movie available with your channel’sย Video On-Demand selection.
  4. If all of the above steps were unsuccessful,ย restart your deviceย and try again.
    • Turn your device off & back on again, or follow device specific restart instructions.

RELAUNCH APP

Closeย andย relaunchย the Sling TV app. Click on the link below to view device specific troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Clearing Cacheย on yourย Device/ Browser
  • Updatingย the Sling App.
  • Relaunchingย the Sling App.
  • Restartingย a Device.
  • Reinstallingย the Sling App.
  • Movingย the Sling App on your Device App Ribbon.

SIGN OUT & SIGN BACK IN

ย  BROWSER

  • From aย browser: navigate to yourย account settings >
  • Selectย Account
  • Selectย Sign Out
  • Enter your email and password to sign back in

ย MOBILE APP

  • From theย Sling mobile device app: Click on theย 3 horizontal linesย at the top of the screen.
  • Selectย Account
  • Selectย Sign Out
  • Enter your email and password to sign back in

REINSTALL APP

If youโ€™re unable to resolve the error using the other steps listed above,ย please take note of the following information before contacting us:

  • Whenย the error occurred (when selecting a show, in the middle of watching, etc.)
  • What type of programย you were watching (live, on-demand, DVR recording)
  • What deviceย you were using (browser, mobile app, streaming device)
