- If you have a Corporate email account and currently have access to HR Self-Service, your username will be your Corporate email account and the same password used to access HR Self-Service via the Bridge.Go to this link https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info from your corporate device (LBTH/THH laptop/desktop) and follow the steps below. Keep this web page open throughout the process as you will need information from this page to activate the Authenticator.Then click on Add sign-in method:
Select Authenticator app from drop down list, click Add. Select how you want to login and click on next, and then click on continue. If you already have the authenticator, you do not need to download it again.
If you do not already have the Authenticator installed on your device, download authenticator app to device from QR code above to complete the pre-registration process.
Keep the web browser open to complete the pre-registration process.

Users can encounter errors like Error Code 53003, especially if Conditional Access (CA) policies restrict access based on device state or browser. Some admins can access it while standard users cannot.
Review CA policies and ensure no policy blocks access to the mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info endpoint.
3. Restricting Access to the Security Info Page
There is no built-in setting to outright disable user access to this page in Microsoft 365. Blocks can only be enforced via network-level restrictions or conditional access policies targeting the URL.
