Vyve Broadband Outage : Outage Information – Vyve Broadband

Vyve recommends customers that experience frequent power outages or intermittent power outages in their area purchase an APC UPS Battery Backup and Surge Protector.

These devices will keep your equipment online and powered for a period of time during power outages.

These are available for purchase through various vendors.

How do I set up MyVyve Account?

To set up your FREE MyVyve Account, follow these steps:
  1. Open a web browser and go toย https://www.vyvebroadband.com.
  2. Click onย MyVyve Accountย at the top of the screen.
  3. Click onย Register for the first timeย and follow the onscreen prompts.
    • Please note that you will need to have yourย Vyve account numberย on hand to complete the registration process.

How do I set up a watchTVeverywhere account?

To set up your FREE watchTVeverywhere account, follow these steps:
  1. Open a web browser and go toย https://www.wtve.net.
  2. Click on the drop down arrow and selectย Vyve Broadbandย as your TV provider.
  3. Click onย Registerย and follow the onscreen prompts.
    • Please note that you will need to have yourย Vyve account numberย on hand to complete the registration process.

What can I do if I forgot my watchTVeverywhere password?

To reset your watchTVeverywhere password, follow these steps:
  1. Visitย https://www.wtve.netย and click onย Log In.
  2. Click onย Forgot Your Password.
  3. Enter your email address and click onย Lookup.
    • An email containing a password reset link will be sent.
  4. Open the email and click on the link to reset your password.
  5. Enter the desired password, then enter it again to confirm.
  6. Click onย Submit. Your new password will be saved.

My TV isn’t working. What should I do?

XSTREAM

If your TV isn’t working, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check the connections on the back of your set-top box and TV set.
    • If your set-top box is connected via HDMI cable, See Image Below:
    • If your set-top box is connected via composite cable, See Image Below:
  2. Check your TV input settings. To change this setting, use theย INPUTย orย SOURCEย button on your TV remote or the buttons located on your TV set.
    • If your set-top box is connectecd viaย HDMI cable, verify that your TV is set toย HDMI1,ย HDMI2,ย etc., depending on which port the HDMI cable is connected to on your TV.
    • If your set-top box is connected viaย composite cable, verify that your TV is set toย CH 3.
  3. Try resetting your XSTREAM set-top box.
    1. Unplug theย power cordย from the back of your set-top box.
    2. Untwist theย coaxial cableย from theย CABLE INย port.
    3. Remove theย HDMI cable, or untwist theย coaxial cableย from theย TO TVย port.
    4. Wait for at least 30 seconds before reconnecting your set-top box.
    5. Reconnect theย coaxial cableย to theย CABLE INย port.
    6. Reconnect theย HDMI cable, or twist theย coaxial cableย into theย TO TVย port.
    7. Reconnect theย power cordย to the back of your set-top box.
