1. Go to the AT&T activation website:
- Visit att.com/prepaid-activate (for English) or att.com/activarprepaid (for Spanish).
2. Have your information ready:
- You’ll need your SIM card’s ICCID number. This is printed on the SIM card itself.
- You’ll also need your phone’s IMEI number. To find your IMEI, dial *#06# on your phone’s keypad.
3. Follow the prompts:
- Enter the required information (ICCID, IMEI, etc.) on the website and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your SIM card.

Activate your device with a physical SIM
Many devices use a physical SIM card that is already inserted in the device. If you use a different SIM, you might not be able to access our wireless network or use all our network features.

- Scroll to Getting started and select Hardware & phone details
- Choose Insert or remove SIM card and follow the steps

AT&T Activations not working:

If connected to the mobile connection was already restored, it is important to replace a lost, stolen, or broken SIM card.
