Activate your FRN Card at www.fuelrewards.com/fuelrewards/activation to manage your FRN Account online and login into Fuel Rewards savings earned through the FRN program including the Shel Fuel Rewards program.
How do I activate my Fuel Rewards Card:
To activate your Fuel Rewards® card, follow these steps:
1. Join the Fuel Rewards® Program:
Sign up and save 5 cents per gallon with Complimentary Gold Status.
2. Link & Save™:
Log in to your Fuel Rewards® account at fuelrewards.com, go to the “Manage Cards” page, enter your debit/credit card details, and enable Link & Save™. When you fill up at a participating Shell station, simply swipe your linked debit/credit card, and your rewards will be automatically applied.
3. Achieve Platinum Status:
Fill up 12 times in 3 months (with a minimum of 10 gallons per fill-up) to unlock 10 cents per gallon savings and additional rewards.
- Join the Fuel Rewards® program and get Instant Gold Status
- Swipe your Fuel Rewards® card or enter your Alt ID when you fuel at a participating Shell station
- With Gold Status, you will receive 5¢/gal in Fuel Rewards® savings on every fill-up
- The 5¢/gal reward for Gold Status will be combined with other rewards in your Fuel Rewards® account
No more than one (1) FRN Card can be linked to your Fuel Rewards Network™ account at a time
Fuel Rewards members get Instant Gold Status and get rewarded for every fill at Shell.

Redeeming Rewards
Insert your FRN™ card before you insert your payment card. Select your form of payment and fuel grade. The price will roll down based on the number of Fuel Rewards® savings available in your FRN™ account
To be eligible for the Gold/Silver Status perks, you must be a Fuel Rewards® member and swipe your Fuel Rewards® card or enter your Alt ID at a participating Shell station. Fuel Rewards® allows you to save an additional 5 cents per gallon if you have Gold Status.
The 5¢/gal reward for Gold Status will be combined with other rewards in your Fuel Rewards® account. If you are an existing Fuel Rewards® member, you will receive Gold Status from 6/5/2017 through 12/31/17, the “Existing Member Introductory Period.
If you are a new Fuel Rewards® member, you will receive Gold Status for the initial month you join through the last day of the month, 6 full calendar months later, the “New Member Introductory Period”.
How do I activate a Shell Gift Card?
Shell Gift Cards can be used at Shell locations throughout Canada. To pay with a Shell Gift Card, see the Shell Sales Associate In-store, the Shell Gift Card is swiped and the amount of the purchase is deducted from the Shell Gift Card balance. This card is currently not available for payment at the pump.
