To activate your Bell Gift Card online, login into bellgiftcard.com and if you buy your gift card at the teller line, it will already be activated. If you place a large order of gift cards, you will need to activate them when you receive them.

You may register your gift card online at gocardservices.com. Registering your card will provide the additional security required to allow you to check your balance, view your transaction history, use your card for phone and online purchases and request a replacement card.

The Bell Prepaid Visa® card is not a credit card. It is a prepaid, stored value and reloadable payment vehicle. Once funds are deposited on your card, you can make purchases for goods and services at millions of locations worldwide where Visa® is accepted

In order for funds to be loaded on your card, please REGISTER YOUR CARD AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT at https://bellgiftcard.com/. The funds will be loaded on your card within 30 days of your card being registered, pending the validation of the installation of your services

You will receive a confirmation email once your card has been registered, and a second email when the funds have been loaded to your card.

You will need to have the following information to register your card:-

1. Your Bell Order Number.

Your Bell Order Number can be found on your order confirmation email from Bell.

2. Your Bell Prepaid Visa® Card Number.

Your Bell Prepaid Visa® card can be used anywhere where the Visa® acceptance mark is displayed. Some exceptions may apply. Please check with the merchant before attempting to make a purchase as some merchants do not accept prepaid gift cards. If a card is used for a foreign currency transaction, a fee will be charged to convert the transaction into Canadian currency.

The transaction can be viewed online on the Transaction History page. To view applicable fees, refer to the Terms and Conditions on your card carrier or on https://bellgiftcard.com/

Can I make a split payment with my Bell Prepaid Visa® card?

To make a split payment with your Bell Prepaid Visa® card, you should let the merchant know in advance that you will be splitting the payment. (Note: some merchants may not allow split payments.) You should then advise the merchant of the amount you would like applied against your card.
You should be aware of the balance available on the card in advance of making a payment as merchants do not have the ability to check balances. Balances can be checked online by visiting https://bellgiftcard.com/ or by calling TruCa$h customer service between Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm EST) at 1-800-624-6171 (in Canada/USA) or 1-905-212-9100 (elsewhere).

How do I check the available balance on my Bell Visa® Prepaid Card?

There are 3 ways to check your balance:

1. Visit https://cartecadeaubell.com and log in to your account. Select the Transaction History page. Your balance is shown on the left.

2. Call TruCa$h Customer Service at 1-800-624-6171 (in Canada/USA) or 1-905-212-9100 (elsewhere) Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm EST).

3. Check your balance (cash only) at an ATM that displays the Visa® acceptance mark (your PIN code will be required).

Please note that there is a service charge for checking your balance at an ATM.
