Jio Fiber - Broadband Plans, Price, Latest Offers & Services - Broadband Plans, Price, Latest Offers, Customer Care : Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s Jio on September 5 announced the launch of fiber-based broadband services, offering minimum Internet speed of 100 mbps for a monthly rental of Rs 699. JioFiber will offer broadband Internet speeds of up to 1 Gbps for Rs 8,499 a month, the company said in a statement.
Announcing monthly broadband services, Jio Fiber broadband plans start at as low as Rs 399 for 30 Mbps speed offering unlimited data for 30 days period. To get the Jio Fiber broadband service, interested users will have to pay a one-time payment of Rs 2,500 which is the security deposit of Rs 2,500 and non-refundable installation of Rs 1,000.
The 12 OTT apps include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, JioCinema, Zee5, Sony Liv, Voot, Alt Balaji, Sun NXT, Shemaroo, Lionsgate Play, and Hoichoi.
The broadband service will offer unlimited data, free voice calling to anywhere in India as well as TV video calling/conferencing.
For those opting for annual subscription, it offered a free set- top box. A TV set is being offered free with ‘Gold’ plan and above that come for Rs 1,299 a month and more.

The registration process for Jio Giga Fiber connection starts from the date August 15 ,which is also our independence day. The plan is to release it on this date to promote the factor where Jio plans on purging our country on the fixed line broadband map. The registration can be done on the official Jio website – jio.com and the official Jio app – MYJIO app exclusively.
1. Just Logon to https://www.jio.com/fiber/en-in/book-now
2. Click the Get Started Button.
3. Enter the Correct address, Select the Plan and enter Jio Phone Number.
4. You will receive an OTP to the Mobile Number .
5. Enter the OTP and the Registration will be done.
6. Now wait for the call from the Customer Executive.
Registration process will be similar to the Jio sim registration and will require your personal details, identity verification and such. The process will be supposedly completed in 3 steps and over the course of a day at the most.
Once registered for the Jio Giga Fiber connection, you wait for the confirmation, then submit the security deposit – Rs 4,500 and then take home your fiber broadband unit courtesy of Jio to enjoy streaming high speed internet.
You are required to have an original
• Aadhaar card or
• Any other original valid POI (Proof Of Identification) & POA (Proof Of Address) as per DoT (Department of Telecom) Guidelines
Once these documents are verified, Jio Broadband order will be processed.
Once the documents provided by you are verified by us, you will receive a call from us for confirmation of installation appointment. The time taken for completing the installation & activation of Jio Broadband is approximately 2 hours from the time the installation engineer visits your home.
