Xfinity Login and Password
With Xfinity My Account, you can manage your payments, customize your WiFi network name and password, troubleshoot your devices and get personalized help whenever you need it.
To sign in, use your Xfinity ID (email, mobile, username) on the Xfinity My Account app or on My Account, or say “My Account” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to see it on your X1 TV Box.

Sign In On Your Mobile Device
Using the My Account app is the easiest way to manage your Xfinity services.
- Download the Xfinity My Account app (download for Apple or Android).
- Open the app and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Use the app to pay bills, troubleshoot services and change account settings.

Sign In Online
You can sign into My Account online using any supported web browser on your PC or Mac. Once you enter your Xfinity ID and password, you’ll be securely connected to all your account information.
Sign In On Your X1 TV Box
You can access My Account information and pay your bill through your X1 TV Box.
- If your X1 TV Box is voice-enabled, press and hold the microphone button on your Voice Remote and say “My Account.” Navigate the portal using the arrow keys on the remote control.
- Alternatively, press xfinity on your remote control and select Settings, then My Account.
Notes:
- Some My Account features may not be available on all X1 TV Boxes.
- For additional help on X1, press the A button on your remote.
If you forget your Xfinity password, you can reset it by visiting xfinity.com/password. If you know your password and just want to update it, you can do so at xfinity.com.
Every Self-Install Kit comes with instructions for setting it up and activating it. Put it in the Xfinity folder. Visit xfinity.com/selfinstall or xfinity.com/authorize if you need assistance during the installation process or have questions about your account.

X1 Activation Process to Activate Your Equipment on Your TV
While the Welcome screens are displayed, the TV Box is connecting to cloud services that include the activation applications. Where you need to Choose Language Preference
Enter the last four digits of any phone number listed on your Xfinity account. Use the number keys or directional pad on your remote to enter numbers.
- If you’re having trouble using the last four digits of a phone number, you can select the Verify another way button to verify via text message or by entering your account information.

- You’ll automatically be taken to the next step of the set-up process once your account information has been verified. Please note that if you’ve already activated one X1 box in your home, you may not need to verify your information again.
- For some TV Box types, X1 service will activate quickly; however, other TV Box types may take up to 10 minutes. The following messages will be displayed to inform you that the activation process is ongoing.
- Downloading your Main Menu. Once activation is complete, press the Xfinity button on your remote to find your Guide, DVR, On Demand and more
- Your X1 experience is almost ready. While it’s loading, download the Xfinity Stream app to your mobile device or go to xfinity.com/stream to watch your entertainment from any device.
- Loading Voice Commands. Once your X1 experience is ready, say “Help” to your Voice Remote to manage your account, troubleshoot and learn more about your services anytime
