To access your PNC account online, follow these steps:
- Visit the PNC Online Banking page.
- Enter your User ID and password.
- Clear your browser’s cache or cookies if you encounter any issues.
With PNC Online Banking, you can:

How do I activate my debit and/or credit card?
For personal and business debit cards, you can activate your card by:
- Calling the phone number found on the sticker on the card, or
- Visiting any PNC ATM. Insert your card into the machine and use the PIN that you created when you opened your account. If you did not create a PIN, you will have to wait for a PIN to be mailed to you in order to activate your card using a PNC ATM.
Once your card is activated, you can start using it right away.
For personal and business credit cards, you can activate your card by:
- Calling the phone number found on the sticker on the card, or
- Logging into Online Banking:
- Navigate to the Account Activity Page for your credit card account, and
- Click on the Activate Card link
Once your card is activated, you can start using it right away.
How do I make a payment on my credit card?
Online: Sign on to Online Banking at pnc.com and make a one-time or recurring payment by selecting “Make a Payment” or “Pay Today” on the account activity screen for your account.
Automated Payments: Completing the form available at pnc.com/cc-autopayform to sign up for automated payments. You can fax or mail it as indicated on the form.
Phone: Call us at 1-800-239-5175. If you used voice banking at BBVA USA, you can make a self-service payment. You will need your PNC account number for authentication. Or, you can make your payment with the assistance of an agent.
Mobile: You can use the PNC Mobile app to pay from a PNC checking or savings account.
Mail: Mail a check with the coupon at the bottom of your statement. If you don’t use your payment coupon, make sure you write your PNC credit card account number on the check. Keep in mind that mailing your payment without your payment coupon or not in the envelope provided with your statement can delay crediting of your payment:

Can I use my card(s) internationally?
You can use your card(s) when traveling internationally. However, before you do, we recommend you notify us before you leave to have a travel notice placed on your account(s).
There are two ways to place a travel notification:
1. Sign on to Online Banking:
- Navigate to the Debit/ATM Card Services, Credit Card Account Activity, or Customer Service page, and
- Click on the Notify Us of Travel link
2. Sign into the PNC Mobile Banking app:
- Tap the menu icon (three lines), then tap Cards.
- Tap Card Actions in the bottom of the Cards screen.
- Tap Set a Travel Notification.
3. Call the phone number found on the back of your card
Be prepared to provide the date(s) you will be traveling, as well as your destination(s).
When using your card(s) internationally, foreign transaction fees may apply. For debit cards, refer to the Consumer Schedule of Service Charges and Fees, Virtual Wallet Features and Fees, or the Business Checking Accounts and Related Charges for additional information. For credit card accounts, refer to your credit card account agreement.
