How do I downgrade my membership?

Sorry to hear you want to downgrade your membership. To transition to a lower membership plan, please follow these steps:

1) Cancel your current subscription plan.

2) Please wait for your current paid period to end. During this time, your account will transition to a free status.

3) Once your account has successfully transitioned to free status, you can proceed to re-subscribe to the desired membership plan.

Members who have completed 12 months of consecutive Ultimate Fan Membership will be sent an email notice providing a redemption code! If you have not received your code yet, please be on the lookout for the email with the code (be sure to check your SPAM folder too). Once you’ve received the email, follow the instructions below to redeem your personal redemption code.
