It’s a card that gives you easy access to certain allowance benefits that may be a part of your plan. Plus, Cigna automatically loads your incentive rewards onto your card.
You don’t need to sign up for the card. If you’re a new customer, you will receive your card before your enrollment start date.
Once you swipe your card, your purchase goes through a process that checks for approved items. If an item isn’t approved, you’ll have to pay for it another way.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit
The OTC benefit provides you with a quarterly allowance to order your OTC medications and products up to 12 times per calendar year. You can order items such as bandages, aspirin, cold and sinus medicine, vitamins and minerals, and much more.
The dollar value of your quarterly allowance depends on your plan. You can use your full quarterly allowance anytime during the quarter. OTC orders are limited to one order per customer per calendar month.
How to Use
* You can place your order anytime during the month. Unused balances roll forward each quarter but must be used by December 31. Balances do not carry over year to year.
1. Review your OTC catalog included in your Welcome Kit or end-of-the year renewal mailing.
2. Verify your quarterly allowance by referring to your EOC.
3. Shop online at CignamedicareOTC.com or place your OTC order by calling Cigna Medicare OTC.
4. You can also place your order by completing the order form located in your OTC catalog.

Once you get your card in the mail, using it is easy. All you have to do is:-
1. Activate your card. Go to www.ActivateS3.com or call 1-833-832-7306 (TTY 711) to get your card ready to go.
2. Go to a participating store. Search for participating stores near you.
3. Choose healthy items like fruits, veggies, fish, meat, and eggs.
4. Pay with your Healthy Foods card — the cashier will scan the bar code on the back.

How do I get my order?
A: The cost of your order must be less than or equal to your account balance for items to ship. OTC medications are only available for home delivery. Covered items are sent to you free of delivery charge. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for home delivery.
