If it is down for you, it is almost certainly one of three specific problems on your end.<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Here is how to figure out which one it is and fix it:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">1. The &#8220;ISP Block&#8221; Test (Most Likely)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Internet providers (like AT&amp;T, Spectrum, Xfinity) have started aggressively blocking Superbox servers during big events or randomly.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b>The Test:<\/b> Turn off your home WiFi on your phone. Turn on your <b>phone&#8217;s personal hotspot<\/b>. Connect your Superbox to that hotspot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b>The Result:<\/b> If Blue TV works on the hotspot but not your home WiFi, your internet provider is blocking it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b>The Fix:<\/b> You need to turn on a <b>VPN<\/b> (like IPVanish or Surfshark) on your box to hide the traffic from your internet provider.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">2. The &#8220;App Update&#8221; Issue<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Superbox often changes server URLs, which breaks older versions of the Blue TV app.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b><span class=\"citation-31\">The Fix:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-31\"> Go to the <\/span><b><span class=\"citation-31\">App Store<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-31 citation-end-31\"> (sometimes called the &#8220;Green App Store&#8221; or &#8220;Blue Store&#8221;) on your box.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Look for <b>Blue TV<\/b> (or Blue TV v3\/v4).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><span class=\"citation-30\">If you see an <\/span><b><span class=\"citation-30\">&#8220;Update&#8221;<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-30\"> or <\/span><b><span class=\"citation-30\">&#8220;Install&#8221;<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-30 citation-end-30\"> button next to a newer version, click it.<\/span> The old one will not work anymore.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Also Read : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seminarsonly.com\/news\/star-citizen-loading-error-41013-shard-lock-or-infinite-loading\/\">Star Citizen Loading Error 41013<\/a><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">3. The &#8220;Looping&#8221; Glitch<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">If you click Blue TV and it instantly kicks you back to the home screen:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b>The Fix:<\/b> This is a cache error.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,0,0\">Go to <b>Settings &gt; Apps &gt; Blue TV<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,1,0\">Click <b>Clear Cache<\/b> (NOT Clear Data).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,2,0\"><b>Unplug the box<\/b> from the wall for 60 seconds and plug it back in.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"12\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Summary:<\/b> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">If it works on your phone&#8217;s hotspot, you need a VPN.
