The authorities will approve applications that have a genuine reason and purpose, and an ePass will be issued for movement during the lockdown.<\/p>\n

This time, the lockdown is rigorous, and several instructions have been issued about vehicle and individual mobility restrictions. In the midst of all of this, there is some relief for people who are moving to provide necessary services or who are in an emergency situation. The government has also introduced the Telangana ePass for such people.<\/p>\n

Telangana has been placed under heavy lockdown from May 11, 2021, and will remain so till further notice. On the 11th of May 2021, the state’s Chief Minister declared that the state would be placed under lockdown and curfew beginning on the 12th of May 2021. The lockdown has been extended until June 10th, 2021. It’s also possible that, depending on the scenario, the lockdown will be extended further.<\/p>\n

How can you get a Telangana ePass?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The following are the procedures for obtaining a Telangana ePass in order to move around during the shutdown.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Go to https:\/\/policeportal.tspolice.gov.in\/ to access the portal.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 Now, on the portal’s homepage, click on ePass.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 You must follow the declarations, then choose the district where you live and proceed.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2013 On the application screen, enter your personal information first.<\/p>\n

Step 5: Input your Aadhar card number.<\/p>\n

Step 11 \u2013 Finally, specify a mailing address.<\/p>\n

After successfully applying for the Telangana ePass and receiving an acknowledgement, you can check the status of your application and obtain a printout after it has been approved. The processes to obtaining a printout of the Telangana ePass after receiving approval from officials are as follows.<\/p>\n

Step \u2013 1 \u2013 Go to https:\/\/policeportal.tspolice.gov.in\/ once more.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 On the homepage, you will see the Citizen Print Pass option, which you must select in order to proceed to the following page.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 You must now enter the reference number that you received in your acknowledgment.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2013 Finally, click Submit to see if your application has been accepted or rejected.<\/p>\n

Step 5 \u2013 If your application is approved, you can download and print your ePass from the same screen’s option.<\/p>\n

When applying for a Telangana ePass, you must have an Aadhar card because the Aadhar number is required on the application form. Aside from the Aadhar card, you can use any of these papers to complete the KYC process.<\/p>\n

To apply for a Telangana ePass, you must agree to a certain declarations, which are as follows.<\/p>\n

  • After receiving the ePass, you will not enter any containment zones.<\/li>\n
  • Fever, cough, cold, and other covid-related symptoms should not be present in the candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
