Activate IDFC FIRST Bank Card<\/span><\/h2>\n

Enable Online\/ Contactless transactions on your card to make domestic e-com (domestic OTP transactions) transactions\/ tap-n-pay transactions (Without PIN POS transactions) at your favorite merchants respectively.<\/p>\n

Enable Online\/ POS\/ ATM transactions along with International Transactions in order to do International Online\/ POS\/ ATM transactions.<\/p>\n

Enable to enjoy 6X on online transactions and 3X on contactless transactions. TnC applies.<\/p>\n

Why generate Credit Card PIN?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

For offline transactions at merchants\u2019 outlets and for cash withdrawals, you will need a Credit Card PIN. Generate to enjoy 3X on offline transactions at merchants\u2019 outlets. TnC applies.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t take a lot to activate your card. Follow these steps:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Option 1: IDFC FIRST Bank App to generate PIN or Set transaction preferences<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Everything you need, in one place!<\/p>\n

Via the app, you can manage and view your transactions, rewards, transaction preferences, bill payments, account history, and much more for your Credit Card.<\/p>\n

To use the app for the first time, you\u2019ll need your customer ID to log in. You can find the details in the congratulatory SMS you would have received upon getting your credit card.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Download the IDFC FIRST Bank App.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Go to the \u2018Manage Card\u2019 option in the Credit Card section and enable your card for online, contactless and international transactions.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Generate a PIN by clicking on \u2018Set Pin\u2019 in the Credit Card section.<\/p>\n

Option 2: Call us on 1860 500 1111<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Step 1: Generate your Credit Card PIN.<\/h3>\n

  • Press 1 for \u2018generate PIN\u2019 option<\/li>\n
  • Enter last 4 digits of the credit card number<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Enter the 3 digit CVV number visible on backside of your card<\/li>\n
  • Enter 4 digit PIN of your choice<\/li>\n
  • Re-enter 4 digit PIN to confirm<\/li>\n
  • PIN generated successfully<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Use this PIN for all your purchases at merchant outlets & ATM.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Change transaction preferences.<\/h3>\n

    • Press 3 to select \u2018Transaction Preferences\u2019 option<\/li>\n
    • Enter last 4 digits of the credit card number<\/li>\n
    • Press 1 to enable all transaction types<\/li>\n
    • Press 2 to enable International transaction types<\/li>\n
    • Press 3 to enable Contactless transaction types<\/li>\n
    • Press 4 to enable Online transaction types<\/li>\n
    • Press 1 to confirm your choice<\/li>\n
    • Your choice is recorded successfully<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your Credit Card is ready for use as per your preference recorded.<\/p>\n
