Please note: to use your reservations, your badge\u202f<b>must be<\/b>\u202factivated prior to attending your reservation using the email address you used to make your reservations;<\/li>\n<li>Stay connected with your favorite exhibitors and creators;<\/li>\n<li>Be entered to win NYCC 2026 tickets for completing our Treasure Hunt;<\/li>\n<li>Play games, win prizes, and compete against other fans in Play NYCC;<\/li>\n<li>And more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you receive your physical badge(s) in the mail or pick them up from Will Call, you\u2019ll activate it in one of two ways.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How to Activate Badge<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"1157\">\n<li data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"472\">\n<h3 data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"472\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"315\">Get your physical badge<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"1157\">\n<li data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"472\">\n<p data-start=\"288\" data-end=\"472\">You\u2019ll need the badge (or wristband) that has an 8\u2011digit activation code printed on the back (usually in orange).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"627\">\n<h3 data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"627\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"518\">Log into your NYCC \/ ShowClix account<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"1157\">\n<li data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"627\">\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"627\">Use the email under which the badge was purchased or transferred.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"829\">\n<h3 data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"829\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"677\">Go to \u201cManage New York Comic Con Profile\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"1157\">\n<li data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"829\">\n<p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"829\">Once logged in, find this section. Many people report the activation site isn\u2019t always live immediately.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1540\">\n<p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1540\">Badge isn\u2019t transferred \/ accepted to your account. If someone else bought the badge and it wasn\u2019t properly transferred, you won\u2019t see it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1700\">\n<p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1700\">Try a different browser, clearing cache, or disabling browser extensions.
