The card is valid for a specific number of fills, and the exact savings may vary depending on your insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Eligibility Requirements<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To be eligible for the Zepbound Savings Card, you must meet all of the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must have a <b>commercial insurance plan<\/b> that covers Zepbound.<\/li>\n<li>You must be a resident of the <b>United States or Puerto Rico<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>You must have a valid prescription for Zepbound for an FDA-approved use (chronic weight management).<\/li>\n<li>You <b>cannot be enrolled in any government-funded healthcare program<\/b>, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal or state program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How to Get the Card<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Visit the Official Zepbound Website:<\/b> <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The only way to get a legitimate savings card is by visiting the official Zepbound website from Eli Lilly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Fill Out the Form:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b> You will need to fill out a form with your personal and insurance information to verify your eligibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Receive the Card:<\/b> <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Once your information is verified, you will be able to download and print the savings card, or you can have it sent to your email.
