Online:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"5:1-8:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:97\">The quickest way is to activate your card through your Bank of America online banking account.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"6:1-6:108\">If you&#8217;re already enrolled in online banking, simply sign in and follow the prompts to activate your card.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"7:1-8:0\">If you&#8217;re not enrolled in online banking, <span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">you can enroll using your Social Security number or Tax ID number, and the last six digits of your card or bank account number. Once you&#8217;re<\/span> enrolled, you can activate your card through your online account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:18\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>2. Mobile App:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-15:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:79\">You can also activate your card through <span class=\"citation-1\">the Bank of America mobile app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:38\"><span class=\"citation-1\">Download the app for iOS or Android.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:66\"><span class=\"citation-1\">Log in with the same information as your online banking account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-15:0\"><span class=\"citation-1 citation-end-1\">Find your new card under accounts and activate it<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:13\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>3. You will not have to wait for a new card. We will continue to load funds on your existing card and you will have immediate access to them.<\/p>\n<p>If you lost your debit card, you must request a replacement card early in the application process before your first payment. Call Bank of America at 1-866-692-9374 (TTY: 1-866-656-5913) and choose the\u00a0<strong>Lost or Stolen<\/strong>\u00a0option in the automated menu. You do not need to have your old card number or speak to a representative. Your new card will arrive 7 to 10 business days from the order date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Bank of America representatives cannot answer questions about your claim or pending payments.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Expired Cards<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4 role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Card Activity within the Last 90 Days<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If your card has expired and there was activity on it within the last 90 days, or if there is a balance of $20 or more, Bank of America will automatically mail you a new card before your card expires.<\/p>\n<h4 role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">No Card Activity within the Last 90 Days<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>If you did not have any activity on the card within the last 90 days, or if you have a balance of less than $20, contact\u00a0Bank of America debit card customer service\u00a0to access your funds.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Forgotten PIN<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>You can reset your PIN by logging into your account on\u00a0Bank of America\u2019s website.
