The deadline to file a claim is <strong>January 10, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:33\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>How much will the refunds be?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:183\">The amount of individual refunds will vary depending on several factors, including the number of people who submit claims. The average refund for the first round of payments was $114.<\/p>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:38\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>When will the refunds be paid out?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:178\">The FTC has already started sending out refunds. The first round of payments, totaling over $72 million, was sent out in December 2024.
