VA Citrix Access Gateway : VA Remote Access Information<\/span><\/h1>\n

To access the VA Citrix Gateway, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    Ensure you have the necessary permissions:<\/strong> Remote access to the VA network is not granted to everyone. Contact your supervisor or IT department to request remote access and have your account enabled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Install the Citrix Workspace app:<\/strong> If you haven’t already, download and install the Citrix Workspace app on your personal computer. You can usually find it on the Citrix website or through your organization’s IT resources.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Open the Citrix Workspace app:<\/strong> Launch the Citrix Workspace app on your computer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Enter the gateway URL:<\/strong> In the Citrix Workspace app, you will be prompted to enter the gateway URL. For VA Citrix Access Gateway, the URL is usually https:\/\/citrixaccess.va.gov<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Enter your credentials:<\/strong> Enter your VA network username and password when prompted. You may also be required to complete additional authentication steps, such as multi-factor authentication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
