Once it is released, you will be able to find it on the same website.<\/p>\n<h2 data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:52\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Key points from the September 2024 Visa Bulletin<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Most employment-based preference category limits for FY 2024 are expected to be reached during September.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 There has been a retrogression in <span class=\"citation-0\">the EB-3 final action dates for Rest of World, Mexico, and the Philippines, as well as the EW final action dates for Rest of World and Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">\u2022 The<\/span> final action dates are anticipated to advance in October 2024, but the date movement will depend on worldwide demand for EB-3 and EW visas and the estimated FY-2025 category limit.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><u><b>EMPLOYMENT-BASED\u00a0PREFERENCES<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><u><b>First<\/b><\/u>: \u00a0Priority Workers:\u00a0 28.6% of the worldwide employment-based preference level, plus any numbers not required for fourth and fifth preferences.<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Second<\/b><\/u>:\u00a0 Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability:\u00a0 28.6% of the worldwide employment-based preference level, plus any numbers not required by first preference.<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Third<\/b><\/u>:\u00a0 Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers:\u00a0 28.6% of the worldwide level, plus any numbers not required by first and second preferences, not more than 10,000 of which to &#8220;*Other Workers&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Fourth<\/b><\/u>:\u00a0 Certain Special Immigrants:\u00a0 7.1% of the worldwide level.<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Fifth<\/b><\/u>:\u00a0\u00a0Employment Creation:\u00a0 7.1% of the worldwide level, of which 32% are reserved as follows: 20% reserved for qualified immigrants who invest in a rural area; 10% reserved for qualified immigrants who invest in a high unemployment area; and 2% reserved for qualified immigrants who invest in infrastructure projects.
