https \/\/banglarbhumi.gov.in 2024:<\/span><\/h1>\n

An online portal, Banglarbhumi, has been launched by the West Bengal Department of Land & Land Records to help citizens access land details and see all land-related transactions. While earlier, West Bengal residents were unable to track the transfer of property ownership, the ability to perform other transfer-related tasks, such as title transfers, conversion applications, and RoR (Record of Rights) applications, has now been made available to them.<\/p>\n

All the Citizens are requested to register themselves in this portal in order to use the citizen services Menu. For that they have to register themselves using the \u201cSIGN UP\u201d Menu provided in the Home Page of this Portal. Screenshots regarding this is given below,<\/p>\n

First Step: Citizens has to click the given link as shown in the below image,<\/p>\n

Second Step: After that the registration form will appear. Then they have to fill all the required fields in that form and submit the form. The Screenshot of the Public Registration Form is given below,<\/p>\n

Online Mutation Application Process<\/span><\/h2>\n

\uf140 Step 1:<\/strong> To apply for mutation Go to Online Application -> Mutation-Application, Fill up the details and Submit. After submission, application reference no. will be shown which is to be used for future references.<\/p>\n

N.B:- Only one pdf file can be uploaded against each item in the list given in the File Upload section. So if multiple documents need to upload against one item then make one single scan copy of all the documents then upload.<\/p>\n

\uf140 Step 2:<\/strong> Next pay the fee from Online Application -> Fees Payment menu. Fill up Request\u00a0 Type, Application no. and submit ‘Next’ for payment options. If fees paid through ‘online mode’ (Netbanking and Debit Card option of GRIPS) then Mutation Case No. will be registered immediately.<\/p>\n

If fees paid through ‘counter payment’ option of GRIPS then goto Online Application -> Application- GRN Search to verify your payment and Register your case. In Case after successful payment through ‘online mode’ of GRIPS and no response came back to this end, then also use Online Application -> Application GRN Search to verify your payment and register the case<\/p>\n

Online Request for Certified Copy of ROR\/Plot Information\/Plot Map – Process <\/span><\/h2>\n

\uf140 Step 1:<\/strong> To apply for Certified Copy of ROR\/ Copy of Plot Information\/ Copy of Plot Map Go to Service Delivery -> ROR Request\/PI Request\/Plot Map Request, fill up the details and press “calculate fee”. Proceed for payment option, in case after successful payment through “online mode” of GRIPS and no response came back to this end, then also use Service Delivery -> Request GRN Search to verify your payment and register the case.<\/p>\n

\uf140 Step 2:<\/strong> If fees paid through “online mode” (Netbanking and Debit Card option of GRIPS) then user will get receipt message immediately. \uf140 For Search by Khatian no.\/Plot no. :<\/p>\n

\uf096 If khatian no.\/Plot no. is in the form as ‘99999\/99’, then put ‘99999’(First portion of khatian no.\/plot no.) in the box before the slash (‘\/’) and put ’99′(Second portion of khatian no.\/plot no.) in the box after slash(‘\/’). e.g.- If khatian\/Plot no. is ‘495\/1’ then put ‘495’ in the box before(‘\/’) and ‘1’ in the box after slash(‘\/’).<\/p>\n
