You can contact<\/u>\u00a0the\u00a0<a title=\"IRS's Taxpayer Advocate Service\" href=\"http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/advocate\">IRS&#8217;s Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS)<\/a>. TAS employees assist taxpayers who are experiencing economic harm, who are seeking help in resolving tax problems that have not been resolved through normal channels, or who believe that an IRS system or procedure is not working as it should.<\/p>\n<p>3.
