To register for PMMVY, go to the page https:\/\/pmmvy-cas.gov.in, enter your registered Email ID and Password in the space provided. Click on the \u201cLogin\u201d button. If it is your first time logging in to the system you will be required to change your password.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) at pmmvy.nic.in is a Centrally Sponsored DBT scheme with the cash incentive of \u20b9 5000\/- (in three instalments) being provided directly in the bank\/post office account of Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana is a maternity benefit program run by the government of India. It is a conditional cash transfer scheme for pregnant and lactating women of 19 years of age or above for the first live birth. FF_DEO can login and apply on behalf of Beneficiary for this scheme.<\/p>\n

Incentive to the Beneficiaries<\/span><\/h2>\n

Under PMMVY, a cash incentive of Rs 5,000\/- would be provided directly in the account of Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers for first living child subject to fulfilling specific conditions relating to maternal and child health<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Second Instalment<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nChildbirth is registered. The girl child birth shall be registered under this Scheme. PMMVY stakeholder Login – Citizen<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Citizen can login using URL: https:\/\/pmmvy.wcd.gov.in\/to access the PMMVYsoft MIS application. Citizen should click on \u2018CITIZEN LOGIN\u2019 Button to access the citizen login.<\/p>\n

2. The following screen will be shown. Citizen must enter the mobile number and click on the \u201cVERIFY\u201d button to proceed, as shown below:<\/p>\n

3. First time users must create an account<\/p>\n

4. Here is the list of options available in \u2018Relationship with Beneficiary\u2019 dropdown list<\/p>\n

5. Enter your mobile number in the provided field and click on \u201cVALIDATE\u201d button to log in again, and citizen will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS on registered mobile number.<\/p>\n

6. Enter the OTP and captcha to validate.<\/p>\n

7. Select “Data Entry” and then click on “Beneficiary Registration” to register a new beneficiary.<\/p>\n

8. Fill in all the necessary information (Personal Details, Eligibility Proof, MCP Card Details and Important Dates as mentioned in MCP Card, Immunization Details if Child has born and immunized and present address of beneficiary) and upload the document that matches chosen eligibility criteria by user.<\/p>\n

9. Enter the personal information of beneficiary and provide details about the child citizen are applying for (whether it is first child or second girl child) and the total number of living children.<\/p>\n

10. Next, choose whether beneficiary has an Aadhaar card or not. If you do, provide your Aadhaar card details. Enter beneficiary\u2019s name as mentioned in Aadhaar card. Mobile Number of logged in user will be auto populated.<\/p>\n

11. Click on the “Submit” button after filling out all the details in the registration form.<\/p>\n

The Objectives of the PMMVY<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00a0To provide cash incentive for partial compensation for the wage loss so that the woman can take adequate rest before and after delivery of the first child;<\/p>\n

To improve health seeking behaviour amongst the Pregnant Women & Lactating Mothers (PW&LM).<\/p>\n

To promote positive behavioural change towards girl child by providing additional cash incentive for the second child, if that is a girl child.<\/p>\n

The criteria for determining socially and economically disadvantaged sections of society will be the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Women belonging to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes;<\/li>\n
  2. Women who are partially (40%) or fully disabled (Divyang Jan)<\/li>\n
  3. Women holder of BPL ration Card<\/li>\n
  4. Women Beneficiaries under PradhanMantri Jan AarogyaYojana (PMJAY) under Ayushman Bharat.<\/li>\n
  5. Women holding E-shram card<\/li>\n
  6. Women farmers who are beneficiaries under KishanSammanNidhi<\/li>\n
  7. Women holding MGNREGA Job Card<\/li>\n
  8. Women whose net family income is less than Rs. 8 Lakh per annum<\/li>\n
  9. Pregnant and Lactating AWWs\/ AWHs\/ ASHAs<\/li>\n
  10. Any other category as may be prescribed by the Central Government<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Further, all pregnant women and lactating mothers in regular employment with the central Government or State Government or public Sector Undertaking or those who are in receipt of similar benefits under any law for the time being in force shall not be entitled to benefits under PMMVY.<\/p>\n

    The benefit is available to a woman for the first two living children provided the second child is a girl. In case of the first child the amount of \u20b95000 in two instalments and for the second child, the benefit of \u20b96000 will be provided subject to second child is a girl child in one instalment after the birth. However, for availing benefits for second child, registration during the pregnancy shall be mandatory. This would contribute to improve the Sex Ratio at Birth and to prevent female foeticide.<\/p>\n
