Go to my.photoday.com<\/a> in any browser (mobile phone or desktop computer). If it’s your first time shopping on PhotoDay, you’ll need to create an account with a valid US phone number or email address<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Before or during picture day, your photographer or organization will provide you with an access code (via email, flyer, a poster with a QR code, etc.) and instructions for viewing your gallery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

An access code acts as the password to your photo gallery. Once you have your access code, you can locate your gallery a couple of ways:<\/p>\n

Option 1<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Text your access code to 90738 to get a link to your gallery and view it on your mobile device.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Option 2<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Go to my.photoday.com<\/a> in any browser (mobile phone or desktop computer)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

If it’s your first time shopping on PhotoDay, you’ll need to create an account with a valid US phone number or email address.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve entered the gallery, you can find your photos, choose your products, and customize them to your liking!<\/p>\n

90738 is PhotoDay’s short code. If you’ve never texted a short code before, there’s nothing to fear! The process is exactly the same as sending a text to a standard phone number, with no additional charges or fees incurred.<\/p>\n

How to PhotoDay<\/span><\/h2>\n

Step 1. Text your access code to 90738, click on a direct link, or enter your access code at https:\/\/my.photoday.com<\/p>\n

Step 2. Create an account using your phone number or email address.<\/p>\n

Step 3. After that, you can enter your access code here. If you don\u2019t have a code, contact your photographer…or ask a friend!<\/p>\n

Step 4. There are up to three possible ways for you to initially search for photos: FaceFind, Tags, or All Photos. Choose which is easiest for you!<\/p>\n

Step 5. Customize your products\u2014 either individual ones or items in a package\u2014to your liking! Once you’re done, you’ll be able to go to your shopping cart and the checkout screen.<\/p>\n

Step 6. Go ahead and take a peek at the newly filtered photos, and start marking your favorites by pressing the heart icon in the top right of your photo choices.<\/p>\n

Step 7. Once you’re done selecting your favorites, select “Shop” at the bottom of the screen. Step 6 Select a package or a single product. In this example, we\u2019re going to select a package.<\/p>\n

Step 8. In your cart, you can edit your selection, adjust the quantity of items, continue shopping, or check out when you\u2019re ready.<\/p>\n

Step 9. Select a shipping method, enter your contact information, and apply any coupon codes you may have received. Then, enter your payment method, and hit the \u201cPay Now\u201d button. And you\u2019re done!<\/p>\n

How much time do I have to order photos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The amount of time you have to order a photo is determined by the photographer, and the expiration date they\u2019ve set on their online gallery. If you wish to order a photo from an expired gallery, we recommend reaching out directly to the photographer to inquire about a purchase.<\/p>\n

How can I return my photos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

All sales are considered final once you view, verify, create, and purchase your photos. If you are not happy with your final product, please contact your photographer directly for resolution.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
