After completing the form, click on \u201cRegister\u201d button to submit your form.\u00a0 An activation link will be emailed to you. To activate your account, click on the link and then login with your user name and password.<\/p>\n<p>To complete the registration, enter the 16- digit SoGo Cash Card Number and the PIN# located on the back of your card (you will need to scratch the protective layer off, if you have a SoGo Tag you will need to gently remove the bar code to reveal the PIN#), you will also enter a card description (e.g. My Lunch Card) when prompted, click \u201c<strong>Register<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To complete the registration process, you will be required to add funds if the card is not active (already had initial funds added). Enter the requested information. You can immediately use your\u00a0<strong>SoGo Cash Card<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>An account registration email will be sent to the email address you provided. Check your junk or spam folder just in case it landed there. If you do not have the activation link, please call our 24\/7 help desk at 888 345 7646.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">SoGo Cash Card Refund<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Your SoGo Cash Card must be registered to receive a refund.\u00a0 Register using the &#8220;<a title=\"My Account\" href=\"https:\/\/sogocashcard.prepaidaccess.com\/consumer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My Account<\/a>&#8221; option.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Do NOT unregister or delete your SoGo Cash Card from your account. If you have deleted it, please re-register your card.<\/p>\n<p>2. Suspend <strong>automatic reload\u00a0<\/strong>feature, clicking the\u00a0&#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8221; box.<\/p>\n<p>3. Do NOT delete your credit card information. We will need this card number to process a refund.<\/p>\n<p>4. Update your address, telephone number, and email address, be sure to choose &#8220;<strong>Update Account<\/strong>.&#8221;\u00a0Failure to update this information will result in a delay of your refund.<\/p>\n<p>5.
