To start watching ABC content on your supported device, you\u2019ll need to\u00a0download the ABC app<\/a>\u00a0to begin the activation process. You may also stream ABC content on your computer with a supported browser on\u00a0ABC.com<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Your TV screen will display directions and a unique\u00a0one-time 7-character passcode\u00a0you will need in the verification process.<\/p>\n

\u00a0If the activation code doesn\u2019t work, the code has likely expired. To receive a new activation code, select the\u00a0Refresh code button<\/strong>\u00a0displayed on your TV\u2019s activation screen.<\/p>\n

I need a 6-character Account Activation code<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

During the\u00a0ABC Account signup\u00a0process, you will need to retrieve a one-time 6-character passcode from a current email address. Once you have your 6-character Account Activation code, return to\u00a0ABC.com\/account\u00a0and enter the provided code to create your new ABC Account.<\/p>\n

Similarly, if you are looking to\u00a0update the email address\u00a0associated with your ABC Account, you will need to retrieve a one-time 6-character passcode from the email address you have on file to complete the process.<\/p>\n

I need a 7-character Device Activation code<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

To access ABC content \u2014 including the live stream, locked episodes, and additional on-demand programming \u2014 you must first\u00a0sign in to a participating TV provider\u00a0account on your supported device.<\/p>\n

To sign in to a participating TV provider, you may need to activate your device with a one-time 7-character passcode sent to the email address associated with your TV provider account (which may be different from the email address associated with your ABC Account).<\/p>\n
