employeurd.com Activation : How to Activate the API Integration With EmployeurD<\/span><\/h1>\n

To activate the integration, you must connect into your EmployeurD account and create an API user. You will then need to share the information of this API user (user code and password).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

If you already use Agendrix actively, it’s very important to validate the employee numbers<\/b> as well as the employee emails<\/b> in Agendrix and in EmployeurD to make sure they are the same for existing employees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

It’s very important to make sure of that previous step so that existing Agendrix employees are synched with the EmployeurD users rather than creating duplicates.<\/p>\n

\n

Activate the Integration<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n
\n

To activate the integration, you must connect into your EmployeurD account and create an API user.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

You will then need to share the information of this API user (user code and password) to your Agendrix account manager (or a member of our support team) so that they may activate the integration for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Creating an API user in EmployeurD<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  1. \n
    \n

    Activation of the API connector under the Settings button on your bottom left -> Business options in the category Configuration<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n
    \n

    Add an API user related to your business under the Administration <\/b>section. It’s to note that the user type will be Service User<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n
    \n

    Transmission of the business user code, business code <\/b>and the password <\/b>to your account manager in conformity of the EmployeurD confidentiality rules.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    \n

    Note: <\/b>A single user in your EmployeurD organisation is authorized to create an API user. If you are not this person, it will be indicated at the first step who that administrator <\/b>would be.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n

    Activating the Integration<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
    \n

    Once you will have transferred the information to your contact at Agendrix, they will be able to activate the integration for your organisation (may it be an existing Agendrix organisation or a new one).<\/p>\n

    \n

    Accounting Structure<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
    \n

    If you have an established accounting structure in EmployeurD, it’s possible for Agendrix to sync only a certain pool of employees if necessary. Please discuss with your account manager for more information regarding this.<\/p>\n

    \n

    Update the Employee List<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n
    \n

    The employee list update is possible 3 ways:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    1. \n
      \n

      On the initial set up<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n
      \n

      Automatically at the end of each day<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n
      \n

      Triggered manually<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

      \n

      How to Manually Trigger the Sync<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
      \n

      If you just added an employee in EmployeurD and would like to have them synced immediately, you can trigger the sync under the 3 little dots<\/b> at the top right of your screen under the Employee page <\/b>(HR -> Employees -> Users<\/b>).<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Update the Time Bank Data<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

      The EmployeurD vacation banks can be found at two different places:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        \n

        Under the employee time sheet under Time and Attendance<\/b>. You can click on the little “i” icon to see the detail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

        2. Under an employee time off request on the bottom right (Under Requests -> Choose a time off request)<\/b><\/p>\n

        How to update the values<\/span><\/h2>\n

        In the timesheet, if you click on the little arrow, you’ll see a window open with details and a refresh icon in the top right-hand corner. Simply click on it to update the values!<\/p>\n
