For Aetna EFT payments, you can use your personal checking account.\u00a0For credit\/debit card payments, you can elect either MasterCardTM or VisaTM. Note: For EFT payments, if your payment date falls on a holiday or weekend, the payment will be processed on the first business day after your payment date.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Payments are due the 1st day of every month. If Aetna is not able to process your automatic payment on the scheduled payment date — which might happen if you do not have enough in your bank account or on your credit\/debit card to cover your premium \u2013 you must contact Aetna immediately to make a payment. If Aetna does not receive your payment within the 30 day grace period your coverage will terminate and you will not be able to re-enroll.<\/p>\n

If you have questions call 1-855-226-0913 option 2. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. in all time zones. Please be sure to notify us of any account changes, including new expiration dates, during the call.<\/p>\n

You must select one of the automatic direct payment options described below. Before you begin, please be sure to read the \u201cTerms of Agreement\u201d below.<\/p>\n

Then follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

1. Complete the Billing Authorization Application – be sure to select your payment date.<\/p>\n

2. Check the box next to the billing option that works best for you – either EFT or credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n

3. Make sure all checking account or credit\/debit card payment information required is filled in.<\/p>\n

4. Make a copy for your records.<\/p>\n

5. Send your completed form to:<\/p>\n
