If the\u00a0ESO\u00a0servers are undergoing maintenance or experiencing an outage, you will not be able to connect until it is resolved. If you connect to a different Megaserver and are still seeing the &#8220;An unexpected internal error has occurred&#8221; message, it&#8217;s likely there is an error with the game files on your computer. You may be required to fully uninstall\u00a0ESO\u00a0and reinstall in order to resolve this.\n<ul>\n<li>Note: You must wait 3 minutes after switching Megaservers to log in or you may receive this error again or\u00a0Error 103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Additional Steam Troubleshooting:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify you own\u00a0The Elder Scrolls Online\u00a0through Steam.
