Click &#8216;Verify Account&#8217; you will be directed to the below page. Click the Activate Your TV button and sign in.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c-row c-article-row\">\n<div class=\"description-text\">\n<p>If you have the 10 Play tvs app version 3.4.5 or android app version 4.0.20 and above, you will be required to activate your device before you can watch any member restricted content.<\/p>\n<p>To watch any video which has a lock icon or member-restricted badge, you will be required to activate your device<\/p>\n<p>Once you have clicked on the member-restricted video, the below screen will appear showing instructions on how to activate your device as well as your activation code.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #800000;\">10play.com.au\/activate<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>To activate the code, use your desktop, laptop, tablet or phone and go to\u00a0<u>10play.com.au\/activate<\/u> in the browser<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dii aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/16048890018\/original\/_8RhXdivwrO4QsaPp2fohucQmTMm3lrEqg.png?1578459123\" width=\"440\" data-attachment=\"[object Object]\" data-id=\"16048890018\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: 10 Play iOS and android mobile apps do not support the activation process currently. Click the Activate Your TV button and sign in.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have successfully signed in you will be shown a screen similar to the below. Enter the code that is displayed on your TV. If you get\u00a0\u2018The provided code is invalid\u2019\u00a0error, please check to ensure the code displayed on the TV matches what you have entered. This code is only valid for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, a new code is automatically generated on your TV. Captions are now available on 10 play Live TV for web and some Telstra TV models.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Web Users<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To turn captions on for web you&#8217;ll need to be watching Live TV on either 10, 10 Peach or 10 Bold. Once you&#8217;ve started live streaming, click the three vertical dots in the bottom right-hand corner of the video. A captions tab will then appear.<\/p>\n<p>This will be turned off by default, to turn it on, simply click the tab and select English.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Telstra TV Users<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Captions for Live TV can be activated and deactivated \u00a0from the settings of your Roku device.<\/p>\n<p>1. Press the<strong>\u00a0home<\/strong>\u00a0button on your Roku device<\/p>\n<p>2. Scroll up or down and select\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. To open the captions menu, select<strong>\u00a0Accessibility<\/strong>. If Accessibility is not listed, select\u00a0<strong>Captions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>4. Select\u00a0<strong>Captions mode<\/strong>\u00a0and choose when captions appear.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Off<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; captions never appear<\/li>\n<li><strong>On<\/strong> &#8211; captions always appear (with content that has closed captions available)<\/li>\n<li><strong>On replay<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; captions appear only after pressing the\u00a0<strong>Replay<\/strong> button on your Roku remote (with content that supports instant replay)<\/li>\n<li><strong>When mute<\/strong> &#8211; captions appear only when volume is muted. Note: this is not available on all Roku devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When captions are turned on or off during playback, the setting is retained for future programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:\u00a0<\/strong>Unfortunately, not all programs on 10 play have captions, however, we&#8217;ll continue to add them to more programs and devices as they become available.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Apple TV Users\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Captions for Live TV can be activated and deactivated by interacting with the touchpad on your remote and bringing up the information screen.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have done this, move your focus to the CC icon and click it to either turn the captions ON or OFF (there is an indication that will tell you if they are ON or OFF).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Other Users<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The below devices will also allow you to watch Live TV on 10 play with captions as long as you have downloaded the latest version of the app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Android TV<\/li>\n<li>Amazon Fire TV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How do I activate 10 play on my TV?
