Aetna Website Not Working – Fix the Problem<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Aetna site is down right now. While they fix the problem, you won’t be able to sign in or create an account. Please try again later.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You should clear the browser’s cache and then try. You can also try following<\/p>\n

1. Alternative browser
\n2. Incognito mode of the browser<\/p>\n

To clear Cache, cookies and browsing history for most popular browsers<\/p>\n

\nClick 3 horizontal dots on top right > Settings > Privacy & Security > Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data<\/p>\n

Chrome<\/strong>
\nClick 3 vertical dots on top right > More tools > Clear browsing data<\/p>\n

\nClick 3 horizontal lines on top right > Options > Privacy & Security > Scroll down and Clear Data under Cookies and Site Data

How to Activate it<\/span><\/h2>\n

To use your card, you\u2019ll need to activate it. You can do that three ways.<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Phone.<\/strong>\u00a0Call\u00a01-877-204-1817 (TTY: 711)<\/strong>\u00a0to speak with a Member Experience Advisor. The number is also on your Extra Benefits Card.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0QR code.<\/strong>\u00a0Simply scan the QR code in your Extra Benefits Card welcome materials.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Online.<\/strong>\u00a0Go to\u00a0Aetna.NationsBenefits.com\/Activate<\/a><\/p>\n

Once your card is activated, your funds are available to spend. You can spend them however you like on any approved products or services.<\/p>\n

Not sure if an item is approved for purchase? It\u2019s easy to look up covered items using the NationsBenefits mobile app on your smartphone. The app is available for free on the App Store\u00ae and the Google Play\u2122 store.<\/p>\n

The Extra Benefits Card can be used at approved retail locations. At checkout, simply swipe your card and select credit when prompted for payment type. No PIN is required.<\/p>\n

If your Extra Benefits allowance covers your full purchase, you\u2019re good to go. You\u2019ll need to use a different payment method if any of your items or services aren\u2019t approved, or to pay for the remainder if you\u2019ve used up your allowance. Check your Wellness Credit Balance<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Go to the\u00a0Aetna website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Log in with your user ID and password. If you are not a registered user, you will need to sign up by using information on your Aetna member card.<\/p>\n

3. Once you are logged in, select Health & Wellness from the menu<\/p>\n

4. Scroll down to Wellness Tools and select Access Wellness<\/p>\n

5. Next you will see the Incentive Reward Programs screen. Under Active Incentive Programs, choose your completed Go for the Gold program level for the current year. The Expired Incentive Programs section below will show your incentive rewards earned in previous years.<\/p>\n
