Aktivate – How to begin a Registration for a Sport<\/span><\/h1>\n

If you have additional student-athletes to register, you can start a new registration and add them as an athlete.\u00a0You do not need to create another login for additional athletes.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

If you do not already have an account<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Go to\u00a0aktivate.com<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click\u00a0Login<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Then click\u00a0Create Account<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Fill out all of the information<\/li>\n
  5. Click\u00a0Submit<\/strong>\u00a0when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your account is now created, you will need to complete a registration for your athletes next.\u00a0 After you have completed this step, move on to the next section.<\/p>\n

    If you already have an account<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Go to\u00a0aktivate.com<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Click\u00a0Login\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Log in with your email\/username and password.<\/li>\n
    4. Open on the Parent Portal by clicking\u00a0Click here to start\/complete athlete registrations<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Click on\u00a0Start\/Complete Registrations<\/strong>. This is on the left-hand side of the screen under the section “what would you like to do?”<\/li>\n
    6. select\u00a0Click Here to Start New Registration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. Click\u00a0Select School<\/strong><\/li>\n
    8. Select your school from the list of previously registered schools OR search for your school at the bottom using the state filter and the search bar.<\/li>\n
    9. Click\u00a0Select Athlete<\/strong><\/li>\n
    10. Select an existing athlete and then\u00a0Use the selected Athlete<\/strong>\u00a0OR Select\u00a0Add New Athlete.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    11. Click\u00a0Select Year\/Sport<\/strong><\/li>\n
    12. Select what academic year your athlete will participate in<\/li>\n
    13. Select a sport for your athlete and click\u00a0Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n
    14. Please review the information carefully before submitting it. Once you have reviewed the information click\u00a0I have selected the correct information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You have now created a registration! Depending on the school, there may be a few additional steps here. Continue to click and complete the red or yellow bars as they appear on the page until you reach the Registration Checklist.<\/p>\n

      Registration Checklist<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/h2>\n

      This is where documents will be read and agreed to, legally binding E-Signatures will be completed, physicals will be uploaded, and fees can be paid. Once this section is complete, the registration is complete. Any requirements here that require the parent to upload a document will also require that the school\u2019s athletic administration approve the document, so please do not be alarmed if the status is Pending School Approval. Your registration is complete once all items on the checklist have been completed.<\/p>\n

      Additional Athletes: If you have additional student-athletes to register, you can start a new registration and add them as an athlete.\u00a0You do not need to create another login for additional athletes.\u00a0<\/strong>Once you add them, they will be available to select next time.<\/p>\n

      How to Create An Account<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Steps<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Go to\u00a0aktivate.com<\/a>\u00a0and click\u00a0Login<\/strong>\u00a0in the upper right-hand corner.<\/li>\n
      2. Click\u00a0create account<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Enter the required information.\u00a0At the bottom of the page select\u00a0Parent<\/strong>,\u00a0Coach<\/strong>, or\u00a0Administrator<\/strong>\u00a0(depending on your role).<\/li>\n
      4. If you select either coach or administrator, you will need to select your state and begin typing in the name of your school. Once your school name appears, click on it. You will then be asked to verify the information.<\/li>\n
      5. Click\u00a0Create Account<\/strong><\/li>\n
      6. A verification pop-up screen will appear. From there you will open another tab (do not close this tab) and find the verification email in your email inbox (it may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox, so be patient). You can copy and paste the code into the pop-up or directly type into it.<\/li>\n
      7. Your account has now been created! Your account details page will show up. Click \u201c\u00a0Got it! I\u2019m Done Here<\/em>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        If you selected the parent role, you\u2019re all set and ready to start registering your athlete. If you selected the coach or admin role,\u00a0an administrator at your school will need to approve this on their end in order for you to be connected to your school.<\/p>\n

        How to Add Another Sport to My Athlete’s Registration<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Steps<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

        1. Log into your\u00a0Aktivate Account<\/a><\/li>\n
        2. Click\u00a0S<\/b>tart\/Complete registrations<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Click\u00a0N<\/b>ew Registration +\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. Select the\u00a0new sport<\/b><\/li>\n
        5. Follow the prompts to complete the registration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Depending on your school and on how your school\u2019s registration requirements are set up the system will connect the prior approved documents from this academic year to the new sport registration.\u00a0You will need to complete the electronic signatures for each registration and sport<\/strong>.
