Telstra Bigpond Email Login : How do I access my Telstra BigPond email?<\/span><\/h1>\n

To login into Telstra Bigpond Account, go to bigpond.com and click on the webmail link. Enter your BigPond username (or email address). Enter your password, then click \u2018Log in\u2019.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

As an alternative to webmail, you can use email \u2018client\u2019 software on your computer or mobile device. Common examples of these include Outlook#, Thunderbird and Apple* Mail.<\/p>\n

To get started, you’ll need your Telstra email address (this may be a Telstra managed domain or end in @bigpond.com or @Telstra.com) and password. If you’re not sure what your email address is, sign in to\u00a0My Telstra\u00a0to find a list of your active mailboxes.<\/p>\n

To sign in to My Telstra you’ll need your\u00a0Telstra ID\u00a0and\u00a0password. Retrieve your\u00a0Telstra ID<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0reset your password<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Once you’ve signed in to My Telstra:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to\u00a0Profile<\/strong>, located at the top right-hand corner of the screen<\/li>\n
  2. Under\u00a0Manage your profile<\/strong>, go to\u00a0Account Settings<\/strong>, and select\u00a0Manage mailboxes<\/strong>. This will list all the active mailboxes you currently have<\/li>\n
  3. Use the email username to sign in to the mailbox you’d like to access<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
