Have the freedom and security to move money between accounts, make payments and check your balances all from your tablet or computer.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"richtext__title\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">What you\u00a0need to set up online banking<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"richtext__body wysiwyg\">\n<h3>You&#8217;ll need<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Your individual TSB Customer ID.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a 6-digit number that can be found on the back of your personal TSB Debit card.<\/li>\n<li>If you can&#8217;t find your Customer ID, and you have a mobile registered with us, you can text the letters\u00a0<strong>CID\u00a0<\/strong>along with your date of birth\u00a0<strong>DD\/MM\/YYYY<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<strong>3173<\/strong> and we&#8217;ll send your customer number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-63564 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/tsb.jpg\" alt=\"TSB online banking login\" width=\"434\" height=\"458\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/tsb.jpg 434w, https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/tsb-284x300.jpg 284w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 434px) 100vw, 434px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your email address<\/strong>. This must be the email address registered against your individual profile with TSB. If your email address isn&#8217;t registered with us or needs to be updated, you can\u00a0call us on\u00a0<a href=\"tel:0800%20872%20226\"><strong>0800 872 226<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>or visit your nearest branch<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your mobile<\/strong>. This must be the mobile number registered against your individual profile with TSB. If your mobile number isn&#8217;t registered with us, please call us on\u00a0<a href=\"tel:0800%20872%20226\"><strong>0800 872 226<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your TSB security\u00a0token<\/strong>\u00a0if you have one. Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/homebank.tsbbank.co.nz\/online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>TSB &#8211; online banking<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Click <strong>Register\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Enter your <strong>Customer ID<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>registered email address<\/strong>\u00a0to begin the process<\/p>\n<p>4. Click<strong>\u00a0Next<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5. Check your email for the registration code and enter it on the screen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you don&#8217;t receive an email from us, make sure to check your spam folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Next you&#8217;ll be asked to <strong>authenticate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>If you have a registered mobile with us, we&#8217;ll send you a six-digit authentication code. This will be different to the verification code received via email.
