To enable 3D secure you will need to register your card on www.perxreward.com\/register<\/a>\u00a0and in the Manage My Card area select 3D secure.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You can activate your card by\u00a0creating or logging into your account at perx.getmybalance.com and entering the requested information to verify that you are the intended recipient<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The Perx\u00ae Reward card is a prepaid card you use on-line, in shops, restaurants, cinemas etc. and also abroad \u2013 anywhere you see the Mastercard\u00ae acceptance mark.<\/p>\n

Perx\u00ae cards are offered in physical, digital or virtual forms to ensure all recipients are taken care of.<\/p>\n

How do I access my Perx Digital card?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

You will need to download the Get My ecard app on the\u00a0Play Store<\/a>\u00a0or the\u00a0Apple Store<\/a>\u00a0and login with the email address provided at registration to activate your card.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How do I set up 3D secure?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Some sites require Mastercard Secure Code\u00ae. To enable 3D secure you will need to register your card on\u00a0www.perxreward.com\/register<\/a>\u00a0and in the Manage My Card area select 3D secure. Follow the instructions and a temporary memorable word will be sent to your account. At this point your card is 3D secure.<\/p>\n

However, the first time you use 3D secure, you’ll need the memorable word to set up your own 3D secure password. Date of birth and CVV are also required at this time.<\/p>\n

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

You can report your card lost or stolen by simply logging into your account, selecting the card and hitting the \u2018Report Lost\u2019 button. Your card will be blocked immediately and a replacement card sent out to you. Can\u2019t go on-line? Call 1850 596 496, select option to report your card lost, enter your card number and your card will be blocked immediately and a replacement card sent out to you<\/p>\n

Temporarily misplaced as opposed to definitely lost your card? You can \u2018block\u2019 it until it turns up. This will prevent any transactions happening until you unblock your block via the website or the app<\/p>\n

What do I do if I block my card?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

If you input your 3D secure password incorrectly three times your card will be blocked. You can contact our Customer Service Team by email on\u00a0perxcardsupport@emlpayments.com<\/a> or by phone on (01) 255 7111 to have your card unblocked between the hours of 9am \u2013 5pm Monday to Friday<\/p>\n

Where can I get my balance?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

How do I close my account?<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

If for any reason you decide to close your account any remaining funds, less an administration fee of \u20ac10\/\u00a310\/$10, will be returned to a bank account in your name. Please contact our customer support team to arrange this.
