About Medicare Advantage<\/span><\/h2>\n

Medicare Advantage (also called Part C) replaces Original Medicare and is sold and managed by private insurance companies. Like Original Medicare, all Medicare Advantage plans include Part A (hospital coverage) and Part B (medical coverage).<\/p>\n

2. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card.<\/p>\n

3. Your 12-digit member ID contains 2 letters and 10 numbers.<\/p>\n

4. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.<\/p>\n

5. Click on Activate Card Button to activate your card.<\/p>\n
