Take a minute to compare your phone to these pictures. Can you find the speaker on your phone? How about the front camera? Where will you plug in your phone\u2019s charging cord?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activation Fee:<\/strong> All new Devices are subject to an activation fee of\u00a0<b>$30<\/b>\u00a0which is non-refundable (\u201cActivation Fee\u201d).<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Getting started with your new line Gabb Watch 3 ordered at gabb.com<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Your device is active and now needs to be paired with the parent MyGabb App!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><i>**Before beginning, please connect your Gabb Watch 3 to its charger to ensure it has a charge**<\/i><\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"subtitle-1\" data-v-3f2e1f0e=\"\">You\u2019ll need a few things:<\/p>\n<p class=\"subtitle-1 no-bottom\" data-v-3f2e1f0e=\"\">Here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll need:<\/p>\n<ul data-v-3f2e1f0e=\"\">\n<li class=\"subtitle-1\" data-v-3f2e1f0e=\"\">Your Amazon order number<\/li>\n<li class=\"subtitle-1\" data-v-3f2e1f0e=\"\">Your Gabb Watch 3\u2019s IMEI<\/li>\n<li class=\"subtitle-1\" data-v-3f2e1f0e=\"\">Your billing information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><em><strong>Steps to pair:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Enable bluetooth on your parent smartphone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>On your parent smartphone, Download the MyGabb App from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/mygabb\/id1509258260\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">App Store<\/a>\u00a0(iPhone) or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.gabbwireless.mygabb&amp;hl=en_US&amp;gl=US&amp;pli=1\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Google Play<\/a>\u00a0(Android)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Existing customer?<\/strong>\u00a0Make sure you update your MyGabb App in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) as our pairing process has been updated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into the MyGabb App using your\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gabb.com\/account\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Gabb Account<\/a>\u00a0credentials. This is the username and password you use to log into your parent Gabb Account. This is the email and password you used to set up your account during your initial order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Now that you have logged into your MyGabb App, select Add Device and select Gabb Watch 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the child (the watch user\u2019s) information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If your Gabb Watch 3 is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your parent smartphone, your smartphone will detect the Gabb Watch 3 &#8211; select the Gabb Watch 3 and click Select Device, then click Confirm and Connect, then click Next!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create your child\u2019s Gabb ID. This will automatically log your child into Gabb ID on their watch once pairing is complete. A child Gabb ID is your child\u2019s secure user profile that will allow their settings and more to be backed up in Gabb Cloud and will allow your child\u2019s watch to function properly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect the new Gabb Watch 3 to your Wi-Fi network in the parent MyGabb App. Connecting to Wi-Fi helps the watch get more accurate locations and will allow for critical software updates to be performed, including adding new apps to your child\u2019s watch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Add previously created Safe Zones or create new ones in the parent MyGabb App. Safe Zones alert you when your child enters or leaves a designated area and enable improved GPS locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re all paired!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now that your Gabb Watch 3 is paired to your parent MyGabb App you can add up to 100 approved contacts that your child can call and text.<\/p>\n<div>To activate your Gabb Watch 3 from Amazon, visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gabb.com\/activate\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">gabb.com\/activate<\/a> and to process your activation!<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"gladlyHC-answerDetail-name\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How do I set up Gabb ID?<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"gladlyHC-answerDetail-content\" aria-label=\"answer detail\">\n<div>A Gabb ID is created on the Gabb Phone itself inside of the Gabb ID App. Please make sure you&#8217;re connected to a strong WiFi network before opening the Gabb ID to create a Gabb ID.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Here are the steps to create your Gabb ID<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><i>You must be connected to WiFi on your Gabb Phone (Z2) when opening the Gabb ID App to create your Gabb ID.<\/i><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Steps<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the Gabb ID App<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201cCreate a Gabb ID\u201d button.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a username and password.<\/li>\n<li>Enter verification code. This code is sent to the parent\/account holder email. In the MyGabb App select the device profile of the old watch, then scroll all of the way to the bottom and select &#8220;Unpair&#8221;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gabb.com\/account\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">gabb.com\/account<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Select the old device being replaced (view details)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Select &#8220;Swap SIM&#8221;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Enter in the 20 digit ICCID number of the new watch. It will be found on the packaging (retail box) of your new device<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Your previous device&#8217;s phone number will then be transferred to the SIM card in the new watch!\u00a0<strong>Restart or power on your new device in a high cell service area.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"uk-width-1-3 uk-first-column\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Turning on and unlocking your phone<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"uk-width-2-3\">\n<p>Turn on your phone by pressing any button, and then tapping the Power button on the screen<\/p>\n<p>Your phone screen will go dark and lock after you stop using it for a few seconds. This makes your phone\u2019s battery last longer. It also makes sure you don\u2019t accidentally open any apps when your phone is in your pocket or backpack<\/p>\n<p>To unlock your phone, press the power button on the side of the phone, then hold\u00a0<span class=\"material-icons\">lock<\/span> and swipe up. You can lock your phone again by pressing the power button<\/p>\n<p>You can also open your camera app from the lock screen. Tap and hold\u00a0<span class=\"material-icons\">camera_alt<\/span>, then swipe away from the icon.<\/p>\n<p>There are some ways you can prevent other people from unlocking your Gabb Phone.
