Select Log on and you are logged in to HR and Payroll Self Service.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"setting-up-a-hr-and-payroll-self-service-account\" data-block-key=\"da08u\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Setting up a HR and Payroll Self Service account<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-block-key=\"c5aqc\">If you are a new employee you will receive an email with details on how to log on.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"1jhvf\">If you were employed\u00a0<strong>before April 2023<\/strong>\u00a0follow the steps below to activate your HR and Payroll Self Service account:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-block-key=\"363pf\">Go to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hse.microsoftcrmportals.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Health Shared Services Self Service portal<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"22b1k\">Select the Registration tab, and then select HSE Staff Registration from the drop-down menu<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"4n01c\">Enter your SAP personnel number and select next<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"5cd22\">Enter your email address and select next<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"fug51\">An email will be sent to the email address with which you have registered.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"98b2d\">Check your emails and click on the link to complete the portal registration.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"c4dsa\">Once logged into the Health Shared Services Self Service portal, select the HSE online form tab and select Self Service-NiSRP.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"bedrh\">Select the account activation type (employee, manager or retiree) (<strong>note:<\/strong>\u00a0managers must complete an employee account activation form\u00a0<strong>and<\/strong> a manager account activation form).<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"4ulk\">Complete the form and select submit.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"8s3e4\">A \u2018submission completed successfully\u2019 message will appear on screen. You will receive an email confirming your details have been received<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"102rr\">You will receive an email from the SAP security team within 2 working days containing your self service account log-in details and instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"logging-into-hr-and-payroll-self-service-for-the-first-time\" data-block-key=\"4v22j\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Logging into HR and Payroll Self Service for the first time<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"login-id\" data-block-key=\"35gpf\">Login ID<\/h3>\n<p data-block-key=\"8odmb\">Your login ID starts with E plus your 8-digit personnel number. If you don\u2019t know your personnel number you will find it printed on your payslip.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"djblc\">Managers&#8217; login ID is the letter M plus your personnel number.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"1qjq6\">Retirees login ID is the letter R plus your personnel number (R********)<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"1qjq6\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-61881 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/myhseselfservice.jpg\" alt=\"myhseselfservice\" width=\"510\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/myhseselfservice.jpg 931w, https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/myhseselfservice-300x155.jpg 300w, https:\/\/seminarsonly.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/myhseselfservice-768x396.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-log-into-hr-and-payroll-self-service-for-the-first-time-f\" data-block-key=\"5nleo\"><strong>How to log into HR and Payroll Self-Service for the first time from a HSE device (For Employees and Managers only)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-block-key=\"onhf\">Follow these steps to get set up for the first time and to set your password.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-block-key=\"eibq3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/myhseselfservice.hse.ie\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Access HR and Payroll Self Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"68pl5\">Select the Password Reset option<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"436eb\">Enter your Logon ID. This is your personnel number preceded by E and mobile number in the format 353 87*******.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"f327u\">Select Reset<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"fmqh1\">Enter your Logon ID and type in (or copy &amp; paste) the Temporary Password received in the text message.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"b0cmv\">Select Log on<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"c8fpv\">Enter the Old Password. This is the Temporary Password sent to your mobile number. Enter a new password and confirm this. The password must be at least 8 characters long with a requirement for one uppercase letter, one number, and a special character for example $&amp;!.<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"b8bve\">Select Change<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"c94e0\">Your password is now changed and you are logged in to HR and Payroll Self Service<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"devices-you-can-use-to-access-hr-and-payroll-self-service\" data-block-key=\"dtc6d\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Devices you can use to access HR and Payroll Self Service<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-block-key=\"3jk68\">You can access HR and Payroll Self-Service on your:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-block-key=\"677ge\">work or personal computer<\/li>\n<li data-block-key=\"jrf4\">mobile phone or tablet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-block-key=\"1svag\">When logging in from a personal device, you will be sent a 8 digit verification code via text message to your mobile phone. This is a security step, similar to the process used in online banking.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"7cvc0\">If you do not have a mobile phone number, you will continue to receive the verification code to your email.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"bgea7\">For security reasons, managers must access HR &amp; Payroll Self Service using a HSE device.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>https \/\/myhseselfservice.hse.ie Login : HR &amp; Payroll Self Service Login Access HR and Payroll Self Service.
