        3. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
        4. Enter your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card Number and CVV.<\/li>\n
        5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your\u00a0 registered mobile number and then tap Submit.<\/li>\n
        6. Create your User ID and Password.<\/li>\n
        7. Log in using your fingerprint! Activate biometrics log-in on your phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Pay utility bills<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

          Do a one-time enrollment of the biller. After signing in, tap your Card.<\/p>\n

          1. After signing in, go to Bills Payment > Manage Billers.<\/li>\n
          2. To add a new Biller, click the + icon on top right of the screen.<\/li>\n
          3. Choose if you wish to enroll\u00a0On-Demand\u00a0or\u00a0Auto-Charge\u00a0Biller.<\/li>\n
          4. Select from the list of billers.<\/li>\n
          5. Input Biller details such as Biller Nickname and Account No.\/Customer No.\/Reference No.<\/li>\n
          6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.<\/li>\n
          7. Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            You can now proceed to paying your bill.<\/p>\n
