How To Do Split Screen on Fortnite Switch<\/span><\/h1>\n

You can use the split-screen mode to play Fortnite: Battle Royale Duos and Squads on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Here is how to start a split-screen session:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1) Start Fortnite and go to the Main Menu.<\/p>\n

2) Make sure that both controllers are connected to the console and turned on.<\/p>\n

3) Once both controllers are connected, the first player needs to invite the second player to select their account.<\/p>\n

4) Once signed into their account, the second player will appear in the lobby and split-screen mode will automatically turn on when you start a game.<\/p>\n

If split-screen mode isn\u2019t working as expected, check your internet connection. Split-screen mode will only work if your connection is stable.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If one player disconnects or exits the match, then the split-screen session will end.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Split-screen only works while in a match, and the lobby and sub-menus are not shared.<\/p>\n

You can play\u00a0Rocket League\u00a0<\/em>with a friend locally. To get started, you will need two controllers to activate the split-screen feature.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong><\/span> Both players need to have full Xbox accounts. Guest accounts cannot be used to access online features, so split-screen won’t work.<\/p>\n

  2. Player 2: Log in with Player 2’s Xbox account<\/li>\n
