To login into Jeevan Pramaan Portal, the ‘JeevanPramaan Application’ has to be installed on your PC\/mobile. It can be downloaded from the ‘Download’ tab from https:\/\/jeevanpramaan.gov.in portal.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n

Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners. Pensioners of Central Government, State Government or any other Government organization can take benefit of this facility.<\/p>\n

How to Download JeevanPramaan application for windows ?<\/span><\/h2>\n

1.<\/b>\u00a0To download the jeevanpramaan application click on ‘Download’ tab on https:\/\/jeevanpramaan.gov.in<\/p>\n

2.<\/b>\u00a0Provide email-id, captcha and click on ‘I agree to Download’.<\/p>\n

3.<\/b>\u00a0You will receive OTP on your email-id – enter the otp.<\/p>\n

4.<\/b>\u00a0On entering correct OTP the download page appears – click on ‘Download For Windows OS’<\/p>\n

5.<\/b>\u00a0you will receive download link on your e-mail-id – link can be clicked only once after that it expires – Click on it.<\/p>\n

6.<\/b>\u00a0A .zip file containing the jeevanpramaan application will get downloaded \u2013 unzip the .zip file, – after unzipping follow instructions provided in ‘client installation document’.<\/p>\n

How is this different from traditional Life Certificate issued by Govt Officers\/ Agencies?<\/span><\/h2>\n
For JeevanPramaan (DLC) the pensioner is not required to present himself\/ herself personally before the Pension Disbursing Officer. DLC does not have to be submitted physically to the Pension Disbursing Agency ( Bank\/Post Office etc ) as it is available to them digitally and. is automatically processed by the Pension Disbursing Agency. Also each DLC has a unique id called the Pramaan-Id.<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Who is eligible for Jeevan Pramaan i.e Digital Life Certificate ?<\/span><\/h2>\n
A pensioner whose Pension Sanctioning Authority (PSA) is onboarded on to JeevanPramaan is eligible for Jeevan Pramaan. List of onboarded PSA, can be found under ‘Circulars’\u00a0tab on the\u00a0https:\/\/jeevanpramaan.gov.in\u00a0portal.<\/div>\n

A pensioner who is re-employed or re-married is not eligible to make JeevanPramaan i.e Digital Life Certificate.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What is required, if I want to generate DLC on my PC\/Laptop\/Mobile<\/span><\/h2>\n

\n

1.<\/b>\u00a0A STQC certified Biometric Device is required.<\/p>\n

2.<\/b>\u00a0‘RD Service’ of the Biometric Device being used should be installed on the PC\/Laptop\/mobile.<\/p>\n

3.<\/b>\u00a0The ‘JeevanPramaan Application’ has to be installed on your PC\/mobile. It can be downloaded from the\u00a0‘Download’\u00a0tab from https:\/\/jeevanpramaan.gov.in portal.<\/p>\n
