  2. Tap Send cash and enter your Remote PIN<\/li>\n
  3. Tap the button to send cash<\/li>\n
  4. Choose “From” account<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the amount you want to send<\/li>\n
  6. Create a 4-digit secret code (this will be used to collect the cash )<\/li>\n
  7. Tap Next<\/li>\n
  8. Read the\u00a0terms and conditions<\/strong>, tick the boxes and tap Accept<\/li>\n
  9. Tap Yes to confirm the transaction<\/li>\n
  10. You’ll receive an SMS with the reference number \u2013 send it to the recipient<\/li>\n
  11. Send the secret code to the recipient in a separate message<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: You will need to have access to our banking\u00a0App<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in order to send cash<\/p>\n

    3. Reply 1<\/li>\n
    4. Choose “From” account<\/li>\n

    6. Create a 4-digit secret code (this will be used to collect the cash)<\/li>\n
    7. Enter your Mobile Banking PIN<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note: You will need to be\u00a0registered for Mobile Banking<\/strong>\u00a0in order to send cash.<\/p>\n

      The reference number<\/span><\/h2>\n

      • The reference number for the cash sent will be SMSed to your registered cellphone number<\/li>\n
      • Send the SMS to the recipient, who needs the reference number to collect the cash<\/li>\n
      • Remember to send the secret code in a separate message, as it will not appear in the SMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        How much does it cost?<\/span><\/h2>\n

        You can use *120*3279# or our app to send cash.<\/p>\n

        Sending cash between R40 – R1 000 will cost R8 when using our app or *120*3279#.<\/p>\n

        Sending cash between R1010 – R3 000 using our app will cost R16.<\/p>\n

        Collecting the cash at Capitec ATMs, Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, Game, Pick n Pay, Makro and Builders is\u00a0free<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • The daily limit is R5 000 and you can send up to R24 999 cash per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            What you need to collect your cash<\/span><\/h2>\n

            • The reference number (this is sent by SMS to the sender)<\/li>\n
            • The 4-digit secret code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              How to collect your cash<\/span><\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. Visit any Capitec ATM, Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, Game, Makro, Pick n Pay or Builders store near you.<\/li>\n
              2. When collecting in one of the partner stores, tell the teller that you have a cash transfer from a Capitec client<\/li>\n
              3. The teller will ask for the reference number<\/li>\n
              4. You\u2019ll be asked for your name, surname and cellphone number, along with the secret code<\/li>\n
              5. Once validated, the cash is paid out immediately<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                How to dispute a debit order<\/span><\/h2>\n
                  \n
                1. Choose\u00a0Transact<\/strong><\/li>\n
                2. Choose\u00a0Debit Orders<\/strong><\/li>\n
                3. Enter your secret Remote PIN to sign in<\/li>\n
                4. Choose a debit order from the history menu<\/li>\n
                5. Choose a reason for the dispute<\/li>\n
                6. Accept the agreement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Important to Note<\/span><\/h2>\n

                  This is not a cash management tool. Only debit orders of under R400 can be disputed on our app. Only dispute unauthorised debits.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  The dispute of a valid debit order could cause:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • A cancelled insurance policy or service, or unpaid instalment<\/li>\n
                  • A lower credit score and difficulty getting new credit<\/li>\n
                  • Being handed over for bad debt and more cost<\/li>\n
                  • Higher future insurance premiums or arrears interest<\/li>\n
