ADT Pulse Login : Sign In – ADT Pulse(TM) Interactive Solutions<\/span><\/h1>\n

Login at portal.adtpulse.com to manage emergency alarm contacts, security passwords, test your system, download your certificate of monitoring and more on MyADT.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

MyADT offers many self-serve features that help you save time managing your account. Make a payment, order yard signs and decals, and much more.<\/p>\n

The ADT Pulse\u00ae Mobile App allows you to access a core set of remote monitoring and security system functions.<\/p>\n

The app is designed to be easy to use, so it contains only the essential functionality available in the\u202fweb portal<\/a>. For more extensive functionality, refer to the web portal and its online help system.<\/p>\n

This app is supported on mobile devices running Android 4.4 and above and iOS 9.0 and above.<\/p>\n

Register for a MyADT Account<\/span><\/h2>\n

To view your user Profile, Account Statements, Travel Reminders and more,\u00a0create a MyADT account<\/u><\/a>.\u00a0Your account will allow you to securely access these documents.\u00a0We strongly recommend you log in and change your password.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: Select\u00a0No account? Register.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2: Enter your\u00a0Primary Phone number\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Verbal Security Password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Click\u00a0“I agree with the MyADT usage agreement”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Select\u00a0Verify<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Find Account<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Enter your phone number and verbal password information, then click\u00a0Find Account<\/b>.<\/p>\n

If the search was successful, a screen will appear showing an address associated with the account and a message\u00a0Eligible to register<\/b>. Click next to the address until the check mark appears then click\u00a0Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n

If no information was found, an error message will appear.<\/p>\n

Create Profile<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Enter name, email address, a password and then click on the drop down menu to select a security question and type in the answer in the space provided. Be sure to click the box next to the\u00a0usage agreement<\/b>. Enter the requested information to create a\u00a0web profile<\/b>\u00a0then click\u00a0Complete Registration.<\/b><\/p>\n

If a profile was previously created, an error message may appear. Follow the instructions in the error message to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n

\nVerify the email address then click\u00a0Complete Registration<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Communications<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Click the green\u00a0Get started!<\/b>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

First, set up communications preferences. Be sure to verify the email address where appointment reminders, monthly statements, and any alerts are to be delivered. Also, click the box next to Service Appointment Notifications or Billing Notifications. Click\u00a0Save and Continue<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Monitoring Reports<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Next, you will set up your\u00a0Monitoring Reports<\/b>\u00a0preferences. Click the drop down menu to choose the frequency (Never, One Month, Two Months, or Three Months), then verify the email address where you want the reports sent.<\/p>\n

Signs and Decals<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Make sure to order any signs or decals. Click the green\u00a0Order Yard Signs and Decals<\/b>\u00a0button. Be sure to use the drop down menu next to signs and next to decals to choose how many of each to order.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/b>\u00a0Customers may order 2 signs and 2 decals per year.
