Macy Credit Card Payment : Pay Your Credit Card Bill Macy’s<\/span><\/h1>\n

Making a payment on your Macy’s Credit Card Account is simplest when done online. A payment can also be made by calling (888) 257-6757, sending a check in the mail, or visiting a physical location of Macy’s.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

How to Pay Your Macy’s Credit Card<\/span><\/h2>\n

Online<\/strong>:\u00a0Log in<\/a>\u00a0to your online account and click on \u201cMake a Payment\u201d.<\/p>\n

Over the phone<\/strong>: Call\u00a0(888) 257-6757<\/a>\u00a0and enter your card information when prompted.<\/p>\n

By mail<\/strong>: Send a check or money order (but not cash) to:<\/p>\n

1. Download the Macy\u2019s app<\/h3>\n

Then sign in to your Macy\u2019s account or\u00a0Create An Account.<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Add your Macy\u2019s Card to your Wallet<\/h3>\n

You\u2019ll find it in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.<\/p>\n

3. Register for Macy\u2019s Pay &\u00a0verify your Macy\u2019s Card<\/h3>\n

Follow the prompts to confirm your card security code (CVV) \u2014 you\u2019ll only need to do this step once!<\/p>\n

4. Pay with your single-use barcode at the register<\/h3>\n

Each time you use Macy\u2019s Pay, a unique barcode will be generated. A Store Colleague will scan it at the register. Heads-up: after your purchase, we\u2019ll send a confirmation with any Star Rewards points earned. (You\u2019ll need to turn on push notifications.)<\/p>\n
