Pokemon Go Plus Plus Sleep Mode : How to Track your Sleep in Pokemon Go Plus<\/span><\/h1>\n

To be eligible for Sleep Mode in Pokemon Go Plus+, you will need to enable the Sleep Data setting. You will see the option to enable this setting in a tutorial when you first connect Pok\u00e9mon GO to your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + device.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In addition to using the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + device to interact with Pok\u00e9Stops and Gyms or catch Pok\u00e9mon, you can also use Sleep Mode. Using the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + to track your sleep time can grant you rewards.<\/p>\n

To change this Sleep Mode setting at any time:<\/em><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. In the Map View, tap the Main Menu\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
  2. At the top right, tap the Settings\u00a0button.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap\u00a0Connected Devices and Services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap\u00a0Accessory Devices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Scroll until you see\u00a0Sleep Data<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Tap the toggle next to\u00a0Share Sleep Data with Pok\u00e9mon GO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once you are sharing Sleep Mode data, you can set the time of day you would like to receive the Sleep Mode rewards you earned. This will also be the time at which your sleep duration will reset each day. This can be changed at any time in the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + device settings. Note that rewards are not automatically claimed, so you must connect your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + and log into Pok\u00e9mon GO to claim your rewards each day.<\/p>\n

    The previous day\u2019s Sleep Mode duration will be logged in your Trainer Profile<\/u><\/a>\u00a0under\u00a0Sleep Activity\u00a0<\/strong>and your rewards will be added to your Journal.<\/p>\n

    How to Track your Sleep Mode<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    To be able to claim your Sleep Mode rewards, you must use the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + device to track your sleep. Follow these steps to track your sleep:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Before you go to Sleep Mode, start a sleep session by holding down the Main Button on the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + until the indicator light flashes blue and you hear a lullaby play.
      \nNote that the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + must be paired with Pok\u00e9mon GO but not actively connected for play with Pok\u00e9mon GO to initiate a sleep session.<\/li>\n
    2. When you wake up, end your Sleep Mode session by holding the Main Button on the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + until the indicator light flashes multicolored lights. If the indicator light flashes red, this indicates that your sleep log was not recorded successfully or that your sleep session was shorter than 90 minutes.<\/li>\n
    3. Log into Pok\u00e9mon GO and reconnect your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + to transfer your Sleep Mode data and collect rewards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note that you will not be able to collect rewards in Pok\u00e9mon GO unless you are sharing Sleep Mode data with Pok\u00e9mon GO. Toggle this option on the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + settings page.<\/p>\n

      The Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + can also be used with a separate Pok\u00e9mon app: Pok\u00e9mon Sleep.<\/p>\n

      Note that Sleep Mode data that is shared with Pok\u00e9mon GO is used only for the purpose of calculating rewards and displaying sleep activity in-app. This data is removed from Niantic servers after 1 week. Sleep data is otherwise stored locally on the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + device, not your phone.<\/p>\n

      Playing with Pok\u00e9mon Sleep Mode<\/span><\/h2>\n

      If you pair your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + to your Pok\u00e9mon Sleep Mode app, a special Pikachu wearing a nightcap will appear in the game to help you raise Snorlax.<\/p>\n

      How to Pair Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + to Your Smart Device<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. Open the Pok\u00e9mon Sleep app and tap <span class<\/span>=”text-bold<\/span>“><\/span>Main Menu<\/span><\/span> in the bottom middle of the screen.<\/p>\n

      2. Select Settings and More<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Tap Pair a Device<\/span> from the menu.<\/p>\n

      4. Tap Pair Device on the lower right of the screen. Your smart device will then begin trying to connect<\/p>\n

      5. You should be able to complete connecting your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + by following the instructions displayed on your screen.<\/p>\n

      6. Once connected, the icon in the lower right of the home screen will change to show the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus +.<\/p>\n

      How to Unpair Your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + from Your Smart Device<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. Open the Pok\u00e9mon Sleep app, then tap the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + icon on the lower right of the screen<\/p>\n

      2. If you tap Unpair Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + in the Other menu, you can unpair your device from the app.<\/p>\n

      Note: If you unpair your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus +, any sleep data you haven\u2019t synced with Pok\u00e9mon Sleep will be lost. If you have sleep data that you\u2019d like to have added to Pok\u00e9mon Sleep, please sync your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + first.<\/p>\n

      When Connection Fails<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. Check the battery level of your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus +. If you press the top button, a small LED will light up, allowing you to check the battery level.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      Blinking red<\/span><\/strong>: Low<\/p>\n

      Yellow (blinks twice)<\/span><\/strong>: Greatly reduced<\/p>\n

      Yellow (blinks once)<\/span><\/strong>: Slightly reduced<\/p>\n

      Steady green<\/span><\/strong>: Mostly charged<\/p>\n

      2. If the battery level is low, try charging your Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + with the included USB charging cable.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      Note: USB AC adapter sold separately.<\/p>\n

      3. If you still cannot connect, please try the following:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      \u2022 Reboot the Pok\u00e9mon Sleep app to see if that resolves the issue.<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Restart your smart device to see if that resolves the issue.<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Try to refresh your internet connection to see if that resolves the issue.<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Try to place the Pok\u00e9mon GO Plus + as close to your smart device as possible.<\/p>\n
